I would like to say my whole experience at dfs today was made so much nicer with the help we had from Ben Trimmer. His customer service is one of the best I have ever experienced . He is a credit to your team .

Excellent service and some great looking furniture at Basingstoke DFS

Isabelle was really helpful when purchasing our sofa . She gave us variety of options and told us which is the best one to buy for longterm . We are really happy with her and the dfs store service .

Lucas was very helpful and informative and supported us with the purchase as well. The one less star is not for Lucas but for the store itself which is not well laid out and difficult to find on sat nav. The fact that there is no phone number to call the store to get direction is poor. The contact Centre is impossible to get through to to ask for support

We were very pleased with the excellent service in choosing our furniture sales people were very helpful and explaining every to us .

Visited the Basingstoke branch today to purchase a 2 and 3 seater Penny sofa. I was attended to by Isabelle who took me through the whole process. She was very patient, friendly and took her time to explain everything to me including how the finance works and how to care for the sofa. The whole process was seemless and very pleasant. I will recommend DFS to anyone thinking about getting a sofa!

Issy was very welcoming and very patient as I changed my mind a few times. Nothing was too much trouble and she did her very best for me with freebies.

I went into the store knowing exactly what I wanted and MJ was able to assist me in finding the desired chair and poof in the colour and materail I wanted.
The process was quick and easy.
Now just waiting for delivery (which at the moment is free on chairs and poofs.)
Hopefully the whole process will be just as smooth as the purchase.
