We came to dfs to find sofas for our new home, we was helped by issy who was excellent. She was so lovely and kind to our children. She took the time to talk and interact with them whilst we did the paper work and really made us feel at ease. She is a credit to the team , customer service was excellent. Made our visit throughly enjoyable.

PLUSH PE FM RHF SM CHS END SOFA.-SE6 002 Dark BLUE.
I have telephoned to discover what all this refers to-the female I spoke to could not explain. I went back to your Basingstoke shop and I still do not know what all the above codes refer to.

Gary is a professional very helpful and explained everything we needed to know about our purchase, and it was a pleasure to walk around the store without being harassed, when we decided our purchase he was on hand to help.

After choosing a sofa, our sales advisor was so helpful, gave us the information we required, showed us the product's specifications. He was friendly and was not a pushy sales person, he was to the point, had excellent knowledge and gave fantastic customer service. Thank you.

Despite there being no heating in the store, and it being absolutely freezing, we still had a good experience and managed to choose and order our new sofa. MJ was great and really helpful, answered our questions and explained to us all the options available. Hope her kittens didn't cause too much carnage when she got home!

Staff were amazing, acknowledged us as we entered the store but left us to browse before offering to help us.

Great service from Lucas and follow up service next day from the lady who’s name we can’t remember but it was after 7pm ;-)

Assisted initially by Lucas, very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in advising areas to consider when choosing a new sofa. This was very particular to giving consideration to the style of feet on sofa options and flooring in my home. I was made to feel totally at ease when trying the sofas in my “normal relaxed sitting position” rather than a traditional seated pose.
Ben also assisted and was able to give further advice on aftercare, and other key areas. No pushy sales techniques, a very positive experience.
