Very helpful

Excellent service from start to finish, Karen was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. When my partner and I entered the store she greeted us both and offered her assistance if required before allowing us the time to browse the range on offer. When we had decided on the sofa we wished to purchase she helped us through the process, offered in-depth knowledge on both the sofa and the additional optional extras without being pushy allowing us to make an informed decision. Karen made the whole process both easy and efficient.

Great experience looked around at ease though help was readily available when required. Stuart took my order he was very friendly explained everything available with my choice of sofa he was knowledgeable and professional .The store was bright clean and had lots of choice .

I thought all the staff were excellent particularly Mathew who took our order. We are looking forward to receiving our furniture.

Fast, polite and efficient, after id chosen my sofa, I received all necessary information, made the payment and I was out the door, excellent service.

I was allowed to look around without being followed and rushed. But help was available when needed. Could sit on any of the furniture to see what it was like.

Called in at DFS Barrow on a bank holiday weekend during what turned out to be rush hour, but were greeted within 2 minutes by Stuart and shown to the recliners we had viewed on-line. He left us to try them out and came back when we had questions. Top bloke, very knowledgeable and with the patience of a saint! We even had a pop quiz while trying out some built in speakers. Ended up buying a sofa that wasn't on our short list and glad we called in store to view them.

Excellent customer service, the staff at the Barrow store are all very friendly and knowledgeable and made choosing our new sofas a very pleasant experience.

Went into the Barrow store to purchase a new sofa.

The one I’d seen online and fell in love with was just as I went in the door.

The staff were lovely and friendly, knowledgeable, and didn’t push me into getting something I didn’t want or that would be unsuitable. They didn’t rush, knew when to step back, and provided a high level of service.

My sofa is due for delivery in seven weeks and I can’t wait!

I’ve already recommended them to family and they’ll definitely be getting some future sales from them.
