Emily greeted us as we entered then gave us enough time to find what we was looking for she was friendly and very polite and knowledgeable

Our sales assistant Priya was very helpful in providing the required information, whilst also give us suitable space to make decisions.

We walked in to have a browse and fell in love with a 4 seater L-Shaped sofa. Priya came right over to ask if we needed any help and answered some questoins very helpfully. We later cam back and she instantly recognised us and came to see if we needed anything. When we decided to go with it she was helpful, prompt, and clearly explained everything. She was a smiley bubbly character and we didn't feel pushed at all. She took away any concerns we had and was vary personable. Thank you Priya!!

Our assistant (Ya ya, sorry not sure of the spelling) was really helpful and knowledgeable. She spent ages with us helping us to choose the right chair for my partner and then we ended up buying a sofa set. She gave us lots of advice about care for the furniture and helped us to choose a lovely fabric.

Fredie and other staff are so wonderful, they were so kind to our daughter and make the transition smooth. They educated us so well on the products we are getting to help us make informed decisions. Great job!

Excellence service happy with our purchase

We went into store after originally seeing a sofa we were considering buying online. We only wanted to sit on it to test out its comfort, but instead we were pounced on by a member of staff who had us walking around the showroom, comparing other sofas and making us feel like we were better to order via the store.

The reality is prices are the same regardless of whether you order from the showroom or your lounge. I am thankful we didn’t bow to pressure as we actually built our own sofa to fit the space.

As we left the salesman shamelessly plugged a hyperlink which he said would guarantee his commission if we bought our furniture from it. I get people must make a living, but he clearly only cared about that.

I rang up the sales team and they weren’t pushy - asking me to email or ring back when I had the correct details and just generally leaving me to it, which I prefer. People should be allowed to browse without feeling the need to buy there and then.

Excellent customer service. Couldn’t have done anything more to help. I left with a great bargain.

Salesman. Freddie. Was excellent, new his job inside and out, didn’t pressure us in to buying anything we didn’t want, knew all about the products. Very good experience.

I came in with a specific idea in mind and the member of staff - Freddie was very helpful in showing us suitable styles and what colour swatches you had. I do find the colour range rather limited and I do understand that people want neutral to go with everything but it can be boring. Freddie managed to find me a sofa that fitted my height, was comfortable and came in red. Very pleased with my purchase. Freddie also explained all we needed to know about fabric care in case of spills etc. 10 out of 10 service

Charlie the salesman was excellent, he had great product knowledge and made the whole purchase process easy, he was polite friendly and a pleasure to deal with

Went to dfs today staff and service while in the shop at Ashford are excellent been in there few times now I would recommend them

All dealt with in a professional way. Very nice man. Product was great.

Very good setvice, but when offered a drink, water was given from a tap and did say they did have bottle water in a fridge. Why was this not given. We do not drink tap.
Other than this the service and knowledge was fab. Well done.

Lady was really friendly, and knowledgeable. When she was available which took some time. Clearly a busy Sunday morning. Process is a little lengthy you have to see 2 colleagues.
Both however were super friendly didn’t pressure us, and were super relaxed with our 2 very excited children.
