Recliner mechanism bracket snapped on…
Recliner mechanism bracket snapped on chair. DFS Won't sort it even fir a paid by me repair. Was directed to Emmiera Groupy DFS saying they would repair it who charged an £84 non refundable inspection fee. Was advised they could not get part. No help from DFS whatsoever. What's the point of giving a 15 year warranty on the frame if you can fix when broke and can't direct me tvo somewhere else. Get your act together DFS
Add on - I am quite willing and happy to pay for any repair and know the parts on recliner are only guaranteed for 2 years but it's the fact that a perfect fly good leather suite can't be repaired

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we are sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue with your furniture and appreciate this is frustrating for you. Your original furniture was delivered in 2017, due to this the manufacturing warranty for the reclining mechanism expired in 2019 as only the main body frame and springs is covered for the extended period of 15 years, please accept our apologies for any confusion caused regarding this.

We went to buy a sofa and were met by Chris. What a lovely gentleman, he made us feel so welcome and his knowledge about the range of sofas was exactly what we needed. He explained everything and how the whole ordering process worked. We were delighted with the professionalism and would highly recommend this store.
