Salesperson was brilliant, just straight forward and easy to talk to , never got his name but kudos to him

Experienced great service from advisor Simona at DFS. She had a wealth of knowledge, was super friendly, and ensured all our requirements were met with our purchases. Very happy and excited for the sofa & furniture to arrive!

Sales people far too pushy and sounded like a robot talking to us

My experience with DFS was really good as I had to order a smaller sofa and they still had all my details from the last time so the it didn’t take long at all. The lady I spoke to was really helpful and nice on the phone

A very helpful salesman. While we were browsing, there was absolutely no interruption or pressure to make a sale. The young man took the time to listen to what we were looking for, showed us the available options on the screen, and gave us honest advice on the best choices.
We left the store and returned a few hours later with my wife. The young man again spent time with us, helping us finalise our decision. At no point did we feel under any pressure to buy.
In the end, we were so impressed with what we saw, the comfort of the product, and the excellent customer service that we were happy to make the purchase. A great experience all around—happy days for both parties

Racheal was the most helpful sales person I have ever dealt with, she was patient and explained everything I wanted to know about my purchase. I was not rushed into my purchase and asked many questions probably a few times until I understood exactly what I wanted. I made my purchase over the phone due to being disabled but I had seen and read all the reviews.

Ashleigh asked us if we needed help I said we’d look round first which she gave us time to do then she showed us a number of sofas to our liking. We got down to 3 which she was very helpful about size different colours products etc we then settled on our favourite & the process was simple.

John was very polite and professional. He was knowledgeable about your products and the options available.

Warm welcome from Lee and an offer of a coffee, which was delicious. A brief explanation I had planned on buying but after a walk around the store I changed my mind to a more expensive combination. Simona showed me on the ipad what it would look like in the material I had chosen. She spent some time explaining how to look after the cushions and upholstery. After placing the order, it was explained very well as to what communication I should expect. All in all a very pleasant shopping experience. Thank you 😊
