It couldn’t be a more convenient service - so much more time efficient when living a busy life and the food is excellent - ensuring I don’t need to cook for myself and I never have to worry about lack of variety - often a big issue with other food prep companies I have tried before. I am here to stay!

Overall great
Overall great, although I feel it could be better with menu instructions. The booklet shows the time suggestions but step by step guide would help, as I found I was having to refer to the website to check the menu. I have to say, in the three days the biggest thing I missed was something with a crunch!

to each item too e.g 'snack' or 'day 1 lunch' which will certainly help to offer a better experience where you're not having to refer to the website.

Food was delivered at 10.30pm the night…
Food was delivered at 10.30pm the night before and was sat outside until 7.30am the next morning. Food was lukewarm and inedible.

Delicious & convenient when calorie restricting
I use the Detox Kitchen meal delivery plans mostly when I’m dieting or trying to get back in the swing of being healthy. Its really helpful knowing I have everything I need for the day at the exact calories I want, without having to worry about counting or prepping.
The service is on the expensive side, but the produce is fresh and the meals are genuinely tasty and varied each day so you get what you pay for. The customer service is always great if my boxes are stolen or I have any issues with my food.
I especially love the protein balls and seeds which are great snacks throughout the day.

Super convenient, high quality food
Enjoying feeling myself again after trying the 3 day reset. It was so convenient and easy whilst being super tasty and clearly made with good quality, fresh ingredients. Definitely worth the money as you would easily spend more on an unhealthy takeaway and wouldn’t be left feeling this amazing. Will be ordering regularly.

My first time trying Detox Kitchen
My first time trying Detox Kitchen. I'm on day 5. Buying the bigger plans gives a bit of a saving. Every meal has been delicious. Protein sources are good quality. All the lunch meals I've been able to eat cold which is great for my office. Saved a lot of time not grocery shopping - really convenient service.

Fresh and delivery was daily - and free
Each delivery was fresh, lots of variety, I'd recommend this to anyone who just wants to feel great. I live in London and delivery was free which is a nice bonus.

Honesty is the best policy…
Before starting my 3 Day Reset, I emailed Detox Kitchen regarding any offers they have for NHS/ Emergency Services, in anticipation of ordering a Meal Plan straight after the Reset, however I got no response.
I still went ahead and ordered, immediately referring someone else for a Meal Plan.
3 days later, on the day I was starting the Reset, I still hadn’t had a response to my original email or follow up, so called Detox Kitchen, who claimed they hadn’t received my emails. The Customer Service advisor was polite but in my opinion, as the customer, seemed completely unbothered and unapologetic for this, not even thanking me for my custom or offering any empathy.
I understand this company is advertised as a Meal Service for supermodels, however, EVERY customer should matter and I didn’t feel valued.
Absolutely no worries, whatsoever, that they don’t offer NHS/ Emergency Service discounts… however, after a tough few years for us workers and the rise in cost of living, you at least want to feel appreciated when you spend your hard-earned cash.
This left a bad taste in my mouth throughout my Reset, to be completely honest.
As for the food, it was very tasty but quite chickpea heavy. The shots were great. The juices, mostly nice - the best was the beetroot based one.
Overall, it did me good, mentally but physically, I lost a minuscule amount of weight.
In conclusion, if you have the cash, are solely focused on receiving quick, easy and expensive meals and don’t mind feeling de-valued for your custom, I highly recommend Detox Kitchen.
I personally won’t use them again or recommend them to my colleagues or friends.

My order did not show up
My order did not show up. Having planned out an entire weekend to do the 3 day reset, I was very disappointed.
Sadly, will not be ordering again.
