Great and tasty for a detox...way too many tofu dishes.
There are plenty of dishes that don't have tofu.

The food is delicious and truly balances . No cravings in between meals

Every meal is fantastic ! I love that it is on my doorstep every morning when I wake up and it always tastes fresh. I never have to think about what I’m cooking anymore and I love that. I am a huge fan of detox kitchen thus far !

Amazing, tasty and filling 3-day reset. I want the recipes, there is nothing bland and boring about any of the food I have eaten, it is so delicious.
I've bought the recipe book hoping they'll all be in it!

I’ve ordered the 3 day reset a few times (outside of London) with no issues - that’s why 2 stars not 1. Last time the stuff arrived late, and damaged. All fine, sent photos to customer service, replacement agreed, but this never arrived and several emails over months following up to customer service had no response.

In short - I’d beware ordering outside of London with this company.

Update: I’ve heard from customer service and think that something went wrong with the email chain here, and the matter has been rectified.

I ordered a five day food delivery program for a friend of mine who had just had a baby.

On day one she received the delivery with no issue. The following two nights it was left outside without any indication as to where. I got in touch and had someone who didn’t apologise for the inconvenience but offered to add two more days of delivery.

The the following two days things were fine but then the last two days, again no delivery.

There is no number to call. The emails often go unanswered and I am still waiting on the final deliveries to be made. Also an apology for the inconvenience this has caused both me and my friend who was supposed to be receiving a stress free solution.

I tried their intro offer and I'm hooked, will definitely be re-ordering. I have allergies and they cater to this so well.

The quality of the delivery and food was Okay. Food was very spicy what is not good for everybody. And the ingredients from the meals from yesterday were snacks for the next day.

I honestly don’t think the food is as tasty as it was when I did it years ago. The food doesn’t seem fresh.

Delicious, fresh, innovative meals without the boring repeat I’ve had from other meal services. The customer service has been quick and easy to reach. The food is fresh and delivered daily. I’m hooked!

To echo what a lot of the previous reviews have said,
I really thought I would love the Detox Kitchen meal delivery service and I didn't. The food in their delis was always so fresh and full of flavour and the Vegan Flexi 5 day plan I got was quite the opposite. So much so that I asked them to cancel the order mid week because it was a waste.

The main meals were essentially the same variation of a tofu salad everyday and the snacks were dry and flavourless. Not to mention I received the same bland snack on more than one day. The breakfast felt like it had been cooked 3 days ago and kept in the fridge so when it got to me it was so dry. The pancake I had today was inedible.

There was no clear labelling on the food as to what I was eating and no guidance on whether to heat up the food or not. Not to mention the food I received barely matched the online menu that I'd signed up for.

The food delivery was 10pm-6am but by the time you get to the meal in the morning the ice has melted and the food is no longer cold. Most nights mine was delivered at 9.30pm. If it was super fresh this wouldn't be a problem but it's just another night of drying out in the fridge.

I'm incredibly disappointed by my experience and I certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The Detox Kitchen apologised for the mismatch of the online menu and offered to give me an extra day to compensate but when I opted to cancel the meals for the above reasons all they could do was credit one day. It's a shame they didn't offer compensation for my entire week given how expensive this is and how poorly it had been received.

Smooth and hassle-free ordering and delivery.

This is my first time doing a meal plan and I'd read good reviews on detox kitchen so thought I'd try the vegan maintain 5 day plan. I was impressed that the meals are delivered fresh every morning before 6am. The delivery process is very efficient and food is packaged well.
I was slightly confused on the first (and second) delivery as the meals I received were different to as advertised but when I emailed customer services (who were very responsive and apologetic), they confirmed it was an error on their website. I'm now on day 3 but have still not received the exact order as advertised on the website - it mentions an evening drink of choco or cashew milk but haven't received yet. It was also advertised on the website that this month's plans would include Common water & sachets but that's not been included either.
I have enjoyed the meals though and it's been a good variety. I am quite a big breakfast person and the breakfasts have been smaller than I'd hoped and the overall protein in each meal is low but appreciate I chose the vegan meals.
I wouldn't be against trying detox kitchen again but for the expensive price for 5 days, I was expecting slightly better.

Delivery was great. The food is good and portions are generous but a few items in my detox kit weren't well done. The Tofu wasn't good, I made a few colleagues try it as well and for the Corn Chowder, something happened in the consistency. Aside from that, the other meals I enjoyed a lot.

I would recommend but keep an eye open in the menu for the week!

The soups and juices were clean and tasty. However one soup was missing and although the company did refund (£12.50) I felt cheated as it was my “three day detox” that wasn’t quite three days…. And I had mentally subscribed to the plan.

Nice product but very very pricey for what you actually get. I suspect the mark-up on the food is rather steep. Yes, I understand the overheads etc… but still. £12.50 for some stock and a handful of veg won’t see me as a returning customer.

I've had the vegan cleanse for two weeks now. Unlike other vegan food plans I've tried, these meals are truly delicious and have a lot of fresh vegetables. I'm disabled with limited mobility and this has made eating healthy so easy! I wish they had a cheaper option without the juices as I'd prefer just the meals. That is my only criticism. It's close to perfect!

The food is nice but the delivery turned out to be very difficult this time.

Delicious, nutritious and inventive meals! I ordered the Flexi Protein, perfect for on-the-go lifestyles and includes breakfast, lunch and snack. Each meal was a variety of colourful, whole foods and a good amount of protein, full of fibre and flavour! Really impressed with the diversity of each meal which was wholly satisfying, sating and enjoyable. Breakfasts were my favourite: each day something new to what I'd normally prepare, not your average 'usual fare', and so yummy! This is a wonderful, delicious reset!
