I ordered the product two week ago

I ordered the product two week ago. Have not heard a single word or received my purchase. I have sent a email through to find out and no answer!!! I would appreciate some contact and explanation. They have my order, my money and I have not hear a word!
Another week has gne by and still no response. My money was taken out of my account on the 3May, still no product or any response. I was asked to verify my address which I did and nothing.
I will never buy anything from Destination-G again!

FRAUD WARNING

I made an order of two pairs of trainers on the 3rd March 2016. The order was for my wedding which is next week.

I have made numerous attempts to comtact the seller via Phone (which has been disconnected) and by email with no response.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!

they are obviously shut down yet still taking orders

UPDATE - despite the reply below, still no order received... shocker.

Our phone line is working fine ok, it changed the other week to 01305 897802 so perhaps you phoned the old number? wasnt sent on time and no responce

item wasnt sent on time could get no reply in any form either phone or messaging ,eventually did was told tracking would be sent that day ,item arrived few days later tracking email got to me over a week later :(

Excellent Quality

The shirt was made out of a great material and it was very soft. The graphic was super clear and well done. It feels very sturdy and like it won't wash off in the laundry. Overall very satisfied!

Good item

Love the shirt, however I paid for 48!hour special delivery and it took 8 days to arrive which was disappointing

***EDIT*** company response to this was impeccable. Delivery delay was festivally induced and the rapid response and resolution was great! Have changed my star rating accordingly!

Fantstic customer service

There was an issue with my order, I was kept well informed throughout the process, the customer service was excellent. Though the original item I ordered (A Christmas Jumper) was no longer available I was offered an exchange and a further £15 to spend. Once dispatched everything arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I'll definitely be buying from here again!

Good quality, wrong item

Really nice site with plenty of choice. However I ordered a t shirt and a got sent the wrong one. The wallet and belt I order were spot on and great quality. Shame about the things shirt and so close to Christmas. Have emailed and waiting a response.

Did not get the correct item - have since refunded my money

Ordered a loot bag, and have emailed them twice (live in the US - UK company), and have received no reply about what to do next. My daughter is pretty mad that she waited a really long time (it say 3-5 days, but it took about 3-5 weeks) for the wrong item to show up. All previous communications had showed the correct item, but we got a scarf instead of a bag, and the scarf was much cheaper, so I feel like we were ripped off. May have to call next. - Update - after the review was posted, they stated that they had contacted me previously (of which I don't have any record). I was refunded the costs and got to keep the scarf and a discount on my next order. I know she still wanted the loot bag, but is a pretty good compromise in the long run.

'Cock up' at the warehouse.
Still waiting for the second item I ordered.
No reply to my questions about where it is or to refund me.
They are nice once they get back to you.

I ordered a Christmas jumper for next day delivery, which didn't turn up. Spoke to Phil who couldn't do enough for me. From tracking to phone calls email. Kept in contact. He was very friendly, professional, and apologetic. My parcel eventually arrived in good condition.
If it wasn't for Phil and his outstanding customer service even offering a refund I would not be ordering again. Great customer service won me over and I will purchase from them in the future. Thank you Phil.

Great service.

Great service - start to finish! Item arrived within days - much quicker than expected. Really pleased with the service.
The item is amazing and just as expected of not better. Would definitely recommend.
