The DermaWand is doing it's job. However, CustomerService Terrible the products that are used with the want have an auto monthly ship until cancel. I called when the first shipment came and could not get through, so sent an email to customer service. Now, this month received email another shipment is being shipped. I've call the automated system is still on and and when i choose to cancel the line went dead after about 3 seconds. Called back and waited for operator and explained I want to cancel further shipments, he said having communication issue hearing then said he and then the line went dead. I called back 3 times can't get through. Calling CreditCard Company and filing complaint and ask for refund of charges.

the firming effect is showing after a week, it is very good ,
but I am afraid that it may have a reducing (negative ) action at the spots where hyaluronic acid was previously injected .Should I avoid to use it at
these places (ex:. cheek bones, and around mouth ) ?
The effect on the neck seems to take longer .

BUT you have to do it regularly twice a day. If you miss even one time( at least at the beginning ?) You go back to the looks at day one ! Very awkward if you become sick and can't do it for a few days.

I just got started with the DermaWand so don't think it's fair to make a statement as yet. Haven't used it quite 2 weeks.

The phone number for customer support is not picking. They want to delay till time is over so that they steal from your bank account. They don't want to cancel

As listed on the website it says you also receive the brush to try. I was sent creams for my face which I didn't order or choose as I was told I did when I called customer service. I went to the website to start a new order and there is NOT one place where you can choose between face cream or the DermaBrilliance brush!!! I was on the website when I was talking to the "supervisor" Rose who kept telling me to send back everything and reorder it. Why can't I just send back the cream? I already waited 1 month to receive the DermaWand. I was told that my street name was missing on the order form it just the numbers. Why would anyone send out something with no street name after the numbers? I left my email address and my phone number so why couldn't someone call or email me to get the information and not SEND it out anyway. Ugh!! I worked in customer service for 11 yrs. and would never let a customer leave without resolving their problem to their satisfaction. I owned a DermaWand before and unfortunately dropped it and it broke. I love the product and even got 8 of my friends and 2 sisters to buy one! We even get together on Friday night for Derma dinner, drinking and dancing. I consider what is written on the website is false advertising. I would appreciate an answer to my "issue" . I shouldn't have to go through any of this hassle. I was so mad at Rose that I was actually shaking. I told her I wasn't; getting any results with her and that she was "stupid" and had no business dealing with customers! I am 52yrs. old and never have I told anyone working in customer service that they were stupid! Unbelievable! I thought she would have told me, " sorry for the mistake go ahead and keep the creams and we will get the DermaBrilliance brush out to you asap"! I don't need the face cream and was looking forward to trying your new product. I hope someone can address this situation.

I was not impressed when I saw that the company had attempted to charge my credit card three times for $139.0 when. I only authorized $14.99 for the initial shipping fee however, the company proceeded to over bill me all the installments excessively. Their system is either poor or someone was trying to pull a fast one on me. Luckily, I alerted my credit card provider and stopped the charges going through.

I do not want anymore creams or charging me 29.95 for things that do not work. You are a rip off and better business bureau will get an earful

Bad experiences with methods. Took hours to get a return authorization to return a product. Billed full price before my consent on a trial basis.

I had a Derma Wand 3yrs ago. This is my second one ( it stopped working). I love it that's why I bought another one. I couldn't ever imagine life without one.

I had never recibed the product. And I am so angry.

It's easy and conveburnt use.

I have done a lot of research before the purchase and seen a lot of good review about this product. Especially 30 days guarantee give me the confidence. After 30 days of use, there wasn't any difference. After contact them, I was told to give more time and be patient . Therefore I was continuously religiously using it morning and night according to' instructions carefully, but there was still no any difference over two months of use . Very disappointed !

Was sent an order cost me $35.00 in bank fees. They said I would have to
pay all shipping and then it would be 30 days or more. Before the money would be returned. Very up setting had no money in account to cover any charges.
Still trying to raise enough money to cover it. It has been over a month.
