I bought my wand from Bed Bath and Beyond. Timely delivery, no problems.

I cannot believe all the bad reviews here. This product is not a hype, nor a rip off or a scam. I believe that people are either expecting miracle results from only one use, they're not using it right, or, their skin is already tight, and therefore there's no results to be had. I've never smelled any nasty smell from this item either. Some people have not taken the CAP off thinking it is the tip. Like any system, you have to learn how to use it and give it time.

This product does exactly what it says, it works! Im 56, and used to take good care of my face from my 20's to mid 40's, and then I stopped. I developed a double chin, smile lines, and loose skin on the middle of my neck (the beginning of 'turkey neck'). I started back on a good regimen about 3 weeks ago. Ive had the wand for a couple of years and slacked off. But Ive really been using it consistently now. IT IS AMAZING! I kid you not, the loose skin is gone on my neck, and the stretch marks that were there. Cheeks and under eyes are tighter with a noticeable difference. And my double chin is almost gone--this is something I didn't think would go away, and I wasn't aiming for it either--so it is an added and delightful surprise! My jawline is more defined, and chin area. This product is well worth the money; best $100 bucks I ever spent! They've come out with a Derma Wand Pro now, so I'm excited to give that a try. The original works so great, I feel and look younger, I can't imagine what the Pro will do!

Remember though, if you're expecting miracles, you'll be disappointed. If you've never taken care of your skin, it will take committed time to get it in shape. It took a long time for your skin to become 'out of shape', so it will take time to get it looking younger. But it WILL happen! I use my wand about 3-4 times a week.

Thanks to the reviews I've just been reading seems a complete waste of time and money, isn't it strange how there allowed to advertise a unproven product such as this and get vulnerable people to buy it thinking it's the best thing since sliced bread, old saying iff it looks to good to be true it usually is, thanks for your feedback guys saved me a lot of time and money. .Jo.

Returned wand due to fact that it didn't have extra power it promised! Waiting for exchange to come it's been 2 months! My exchange # E1539593. Track.# 9534 6124 3994 0119 6483 12. Have contacted cust.serv.4xs. They keep telling me corporate office will contact me in 72 hrs. They haven't! I have a 2 yr warrantee that I paid extra for. May have to seek legal services! My husband is an attorney. Very disappointed in them I had the old wand for many yrs and enjoyed it. Their corporate office is brandstreet market.com. I have emailed them also,no response!!

I was so excited to buy one,finally I did,I don't see anything, I see more wrinkles as I've used it on my face a d neck I have more wrinkles, will not be using it anymore, I do believe all the reviews that say it doesn't work,it makes your face look worse.I made a mistake in buying it.I only hope that doing my own rice&water remedies, and scrubbing my face,will go back to normal.

I have been using the derma wand for yrs! The trick is you have to Use on a daily basis, I have a regime with it every day three minutes if not a little bit longer on level nine and my skin looks very clean clear tight I also noticed if I have I am a 50+ woman and if I have any kind of age spots or growths on my face if I hold the derma wand on it for 30 seconds a day it definitely shrinks skin disorders ,,, and makes them almost nil

Absolute rubbish. Marketed for women which is highly sexist.

I ordered the derma wand 6 weeks ago and haven’t yet received it. I didn’t receive an order confirmation from the company either, only a pay pal receipt which doesn’t have a tracking number.
I can’t find an email address to chase this further but I’ve wrote 3 messages through their ‘contact us’ area on their website and still haven’t heard back. I’m so disappointed. I was really looking forward to receiving this item and it never came. Furthermore I feel let down that no ones even responded to my messages. Is this a very unorganised company with no integrity or have I been straight up robbed?! I’ll keep on trying to get in touch by all means available to me because I’m not ok with ordering and paying for something in good faith and not receiving it. I feel like the worst part almost is that no ones getting back to me. Very very disappointing. Their whole ‘Our Guarantee’ statement is a lie.

Had mine about two years. Tried again and again to use it but each time the smell it gives off leaves a metallic taste in my mouth and I can feel sick for hours. Have asked the question before, has anyone else experienced this. I like using the wand, that's not the problem, just can't stand feeling unwell after using it.

I love this product, i've had it for two months an can see huge results. Seriously though you have to use it 30 minutes a day. I am 53 and have some typical aging signs like jowls and wrinkles and it is actually tightening things up! love it

I ordered this in september 19 i have not received it or could track it...when i email this company i get advised email can not be sent due to no such email address...who do i email to get a refund i did have contact with another person selling this wand who was no help at all ..thanks

Had it 2 weeks use it every day can really see differences my skin is feeling and looking glowing i am 72 so pleased with the product like anything if you dont use it as it tells you you wont see any difference

Derma wand worked this morn switched it on later and NOT WORKING ...WHY

Im 44 years old and I fell for all hipe. I do have the wand seems well made. I've noticed absolutely no difference at all to my face. I too would return the wand if I had a choice. I relize everybody is different but it was an expensive mistake for me. I would say to others if your in doubt do not bother

Im 51, using the original basic non pro Dermawand since my 30's. USE IT DAILY FOR 30 MINUTES or you wont get much in results! I watch tv while using it.
It lifts eyebrows/eyes, reduces nasal folds, marionette lines, smoothes jowel lines somewhat. Tightens. You can use ANY cream that enables wand to glide easily. Wipe the top after use with rubbing alcohol or u will have breakouts. Life long user, will always have one. PS. There is a slight smell when using, but this is normal.

I have been using a Derma wand for 16 years. I'm very happy with product. I only use it 3 times a week now but my skin feels great. Yes I will definitely replace it

I was very excited to starting the derma wand experience as I am very cpntious of my face , after seeing many videos and people are saying this product, I was very unsatisfied with the results I have been using this now for 3 months and nothing as changed if anything my wrinkles are worse and more noticeable, The fact this product cost me £149 I feel I have been robbed .sorry but not worth the money .no results.

I was just about to buy one. Thanks to REVIEWS. It is not about the WAND it is about your customer SERVICE. So disappointing. Look carefully. Lots of replays I assume have been done automatically. You literally have changed the reviewer name and used the same text. You even didn't bother to change the date when you had replied to your customers. I am amazed how not very intelligent it had been dealt.
ATTACHING a few reviews and replies. Please have a look. When people read the reviews and then they see such a repetition in a very unprofessional manner it makes us feel that the statement : 'Customer satisfaction is very important to us' is not true.

I would not recommend it to anyone. Not only did it not help, it even made my skin worst.

I ordered my dermawand 10 days ago I got the rush paid $40 more for rush because of christmas you cant call are leave a message --dont know whats going on,i need answers!!! Jerry Fletcher!!
