I have had to contact dermawand CS five times as the wands were only working for about four to five month, each time I got a replacement I was more gentle incase it stopped working again. The one year warranty is useless if the have to keep getting a replacement every three to for month as the strength is so weak it not doing anything. Each time a new video is sent and having to explain the same thing over and over again is ridiculous. The first original dermawand still works not not too strong the new ones are stronger in static but only good for three to four months before the strength is useless. They should stand behind their product and give two to three years knowing the product is being manufactured with cheap poor components.

"After posting the above, I was contacted by customer service who stated that it was unusual, as the Dermawand usually lasted for years. She then asked for the number on the side of the Dermawand, which I provided, as it was always the request from customer service. However, over a month has passed, and still, not a single reply. It seems it was a tactic to make me believe they were concerned, but looking at the remarks of others, it has been a very popular problem. Having said that, the Dermawand does work, but only lasting for four months is not acceptable.

I have never received my parcel.
I have emailed them so many times.
I'm disgusted the way they don't reply, I think it could be a scam

It stopped working after 4 months. They require a video to prove I'm not lying. I wanted a refund, but that choice is only good for the first 30 days, which should have been a red flag. Now they require me to call so they can charge me more money to send a new one. Their customer service hours do not work for me, I'm a teacher and do not have time to make personal phone calls from work. They refuse to help me through email.. Am disgusted, that was $250 thrown out the window

I have been using the Dermawand pro twive a day for 3 months. Initially I thought my skin looked fresher but fif the past month i honestly think I look worse esoecially my neck that I have really concentrated on. It looks far worse and I have followed the excercises and instructions to the erletter. My skin looks crepeie. Will stok using it now and hope it improve

I was going to buy one. However after reading these reviews I've changed my mind. Can anyone recommend the best thing in face care for sun damaged skin? I tanned when I was younger and quit. However now I'm paying for it at 68. I look a lot older than I really am.
Any suggestions? I've wasted so much money on products that say they do certain things and it's not true.

After reading the description on a website that it's better than paying for a professional and it's just like the 'bigger machines', I just had to get one to test and prove it's aload of crap. Oh how I was right. I am one of those said professionals with big machines, we spend thousands to train and atleast at the minimum 2 years to also train and THIS little device is better than anything we could do or use?! Guys please don't fall for this crap. When I first started my beauty training I always thought the machines and treatments where just a money maker and didn't actually work, but after practicing on ourselves and clients I soon come to realise how much they actually make a difference! And ever since then I have done more and more training with different products and devices to be able to give our clients the best. This device does not do that! It makes allot of people suffer with very bad skin problems, some which can't be rectified without needles and professional removal (broken capillaries). Save you're skin and money.

Bought this as a gift to myself . By the end of week 2 the bulb smashed . I’d have more luck buying a winning lotto ticket than getting g a new bulb or a response . Only wish I’d read reviews first ! I’m not the only one . I feel robbed of £99

The dermawand has left my skin with broken capillaries ALL OVER MY FACE leaving me red all the time. After pulling teeth, I returned the item about year ago and you can still see the broken capillaries under all the places I used the wand. I now am self conscious to leave the house without putting on foundation for the redness because people now always comment on how red my face is. I am not even in my mid 30’s yet, otherwise it could make sense to have my face covered with broken capillaries if I was in my 70’s due to age and lifestyle factors. I wish I could sue the company.

I'm 56 and have always taken wonderful care of my skin, washing off make up every night, using vitamin C, retinal and other serums as well as using an infrared light mask. I just got the DermaWand Pro and I can see my face lifting and tightening. You have to moisturize your skin with serum/face lotion before you do it and be careful around the under eyes (I use a 1 power). One of the best face anti aging products I've tried!

This has absolutely ruined my neck, the minute I stopped using the sagginess on my neck was ten times worse than it was. I am totally devastated and self conscious now about how much this has aged me.

A 100% scam. Don’t waste your money

My name is Bienvenido Amagna from New York. I ordered DermaWand months ago and to date, I did not receive my order. What happened to the money that I bought. If you run out of stock, you should have returned my money. Please do not ignore this complaint. You can check records that my name is in your list of orders. What a shame.

I bought the dermawand after paying for a very expensive course of the same salon treatment, and being impressed with the results.
I also spent four days trying to get the top off (hence the four stars, not five).
I have only used it for two sessions up to now, but I am impressed, and have noticed a significant difference already.
Clearly it is early days, so I’m hoping it continues to work as effectively for me.
I have always looked after my skin, and bought it because, despite that, at 62, the ageing process was catching up on my facial lines, and affecting my confidence.

I noticed on some of the bad reviews, the people had used this product for only a week or two & maybe were expecting a result like expensive face lift. I've had mine about 10 years, & use 3 times a week. It took awhile to see results, but when I tell people I'm 70, no one can believe it. Of course, I wouldn't know how I would look if I haven't used it, but I credit my firmer skin the using Derma Wand. If my older one finally quits, I will buy another for sure.

I have been using dermawand for 12 months intermittently. It really works when I use it with a light ginseng serum and moisturizer after cleansing. I found using a cold, gel roller afterwards was fantastic......frown lines less deep and area either side of my mouth, nose and neck much tighter and smoother. It takes commitment but the results are well worth it.

Literally just opened my new DermaWand and not a great start I can’t even get the cap off. 😂😂😂😂. Any advice does it pull off or do you unscrew it? X

3 days in and using it morning and night on full power on top of my usual Clarins Serum and moisturiser/night cream and just wow! I’m concentrating for about 20 passes around my forehead and around my eye socket, then do same around my mouth as if applying lipstick.

My eyes are more lifted, my lips look fuller and I’m really gobsmacked! I've got naturally hooded eyes and the lift is just fabulous! Eyes look refreshed and awake.

Will def 100% continue.
