Eugenia is the best dentist I've ever met.
Dr Eugenia Vila is without doubt the best dentist I have ever met. She's not just a dentist but so much more. An artiste. And an absolute perfectionist. I wanted a front tooth filling replaced and she not only did that but built up my tooth so it looks brand new. Incredible job! Plus she's absolutely lovely. She was assisted by the wonderful nurse Nadia. What a fantastic team. You are very, very lucky if you end up with them

Extremely unprofessional and terrible…
Extremely unprofessional and terrible experience. Booked a general dental checkup last week cost£20 and went for the appointment at 5p.m on 3rd of September. Waited for straight 1hour but the dentist or the Consultant Didn't show up. Asked two times from the receptionist and she apologised and added the dentist were chatting to each other. How terrible to wast my 1 hour and not even sorry or give me the alternative appointment. Got my refund today morning but they took sign of mine in several documents what consequences could be happened if a patient would late for the appointment may be laye fee 50 pound which does not make any sense where they did not show the precessionalism.

Really unhappy with the service…
Really unhappy with the service provided at this practise. I came here for an implant last year. For whatever reason an infection/bacteria was caught after (which I did not know at the time) the only symptoms were gum recession and gums bleeding. When I went back to the practitioner and asked why this was she stated “small recession is fine and that I need to floss more” this is not ethical on how a oral routine is and neither was I told I had gum disease. I went there several times to be told the same thing “floss more” months later now after going to another dentist as I felt something was not right, I found out I have periodontal disease.
The practise has not taken any responsibility on what has happened and simply ignored my last emails. I came for an implant but have left with periodontal gum disease at age of 29. How sad. Please do not be fooled by what is written on their website of 25 years experience and so. If this was the case the practioner would have advised I have gum disease which she did not once after visiting several times.
I regret coming to this clinic as my gums have receeded everywhere and I have bone loss all over. This is what has happened to me at this practise.
Clinic manager is of no help at all only to try voice and make the blame if it is yours. Definitely not a care provider to go too. There are Many other dental clinics out there that can do the job right instead of causing life long problems.

Friendly and Professional
The treatment for the implant to replace my front tooth was completed at Dental Art Implant Clinics on 10th June 2024. My experience throughout has been very positive. Following a free consultation I received a competitively priced treatment plan and agreed to proceed. Dr. Eamon O'Farrell carried out the treatment expertly and professionally, exactly according to the plan. His communication throughout was clear and his manner friendly and personable. I am very happy with the result.

Expert work
Dr Andre Furlan Fay took my tooth out quickly, painlessly - elegantly. It healed easily. There was no infection, no dry socket.
I have had other extractions over the years and this was the most expertly done.
