شركة نصابين حرفيا مش مستوعبه لحد دلوقتي انا ازاي اتنصب عليه بالطريقة دي .. اخدو بياناتي من اكسبو الشارقة وبعدها كلموني عشان اروح استلم فاوتشر كسبته مش هدفع اي فلوس وبعدين بدأو يقدمو خدماتهم فا اشتركت معاهم في باكدج ب ٢٠٠٠ درهم وبعد ما روحت وسرشت عنهم وقرات كل الريفيوز وتواصلت معاهم كمان عشان اتاكد هل الكلام دا صح ولا لا قالولي ايوه نصابين وفي ناس دفعت لهم من شهور وسنين وبردو مفيش لا خدمه ولا فلوس .. حاولت بشتى الطرق اني اخد فلوسي مش راضين
وفي الاخر قالولي هنعطيكي ٣ اوبشن بفلوسك نحجزلك تذاكر طيران او اقامة بفندق تختاريه ٤ ايام بالامارات او تستلمي المبلغ وهنبعت ايميل بالكلام دا بردو مبعتوش وكل الايميلات اللي بعتوها مش موضحه اللي تم في الميتنج برغم طلبي اكتر من مرة انه لازم يوضحوا اللي تم ..بالميتنج يقولوا هنشيك على الحالة خلال ٢٤ ساعه او ٤٨ وهنرد عليكي
اول مرة اتعرض لنصب في الامارات برغم اني عايشه بقالي سنين هنا

My wife and I, who were defrauded and deceived in the sale by this company, are pursuing a complaint through the police and the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism and recovering our AED 14,000. After two months of in-person visits, emails, and WhatsApp messages, we still haven't succeeded, but we won't get tired until we shut down the company and punish them for their deception and fraud.

Today I have received a call saying we had won two free vouchers. Out of curiosity, we went to Novotel Dubai Gold District (1st floor) where they had set up a desk that looked very official.

A man started explaining about their company and offers. While he was talking, I checked their details online and quickly realized something was not right. When I asked a few questions, their staff started giving different and confusing answers.

When I asked for the free vouchers they promised, they kept delaying and finally refused to give anything.

I informed the hotel manager, who seemed aware that these people were operating there.

⚠️ Warning: Please be careful. If you receive calls about free vouchers or lucky draws and they ask you to visit this place, think twice. It could be a scam.

Scammers Beware!

I had an unpleasant encounter today that I feel everyone should be warned about. My wife received a call claiming we had won two free vouchers. Intrigued, we went to Novotel Dubai Gold District, first floor, where they had a whole setup designed to look official.

A man started explaining their “company” to us. While listening, I checked their background on my phone and immediately realized this was a scam. I decided to play along and ask questions. Surprisingly, their staff were so unprofessional that they kept giving conflicting answers—so dumb it was almost laughable.

When I requested the free vouchers, they wasted even more time and refused to give anything. I then called them out loud as “SCAMMERS”, which infuriated them. They asked us to leave, because other clients were sitting inside which they didn’t wanted to loose. On the way out, they verbally abused me and tried charging on me and get physical.

I managed to leave safely and reported the incident to the hotel manager, who seemed aware of these people operating there and yet allowed it.

Warning: BE CAREFUL! These people are fraudsters, and anyone visiting this setup is at risk of being scammed.

Yes my parents got scammed by these company/ asian people, promissing a reward for them is awaits after a certain deposit.
I am not sure if i am able to get refund but I wonder if we all can group up our complains to dubai police or dubai court, dubai economy regarding this company/ people doing these schemes/scams over the residents.

Guys who had paid the money and dissapointed i am one of them me and my husband are thinking to complain regarding this we bought the packege and now we are behinf them we ask how to cancel the package they said only within 7 days after bought the packege we can cancel... please let us know who else would like to complain about this so we can all go toghether...

Beware of Fraudsters .
I just got a call from them as i fill up the form in one of shopping mall a month back . They were calling me again and again , lastely i picked up and caller was like to force me to visit and claim your vouchers . I felt their is something wrong that its my vouchers but more then me they are worried about that not to lose . I just visited the website to check how they work and i found 99.9% reviews about their scam. So i saved my time and petrol cost 😁 . Do not believe or trust on their calls and words . Stay blessed.

Scam Alert 🚨

I received a call from De Meridian saying I had won 2 lucky draw coupons and asked me to come with my family to collect them.
When we went there, they started explaining a package worth 10,000 AED. They clearly said that whether we accept the offer or not, the 2 coupons are completely free.

We agreed and later tried to redeem the vouchers by sending emails, WhatsApp messages, and calling them. No response at all.
Please don’t waste your time or money on these people. They are usually found in malls and supermarkets, asking people to fill coupons.

I got a call from this de meridian saying that you have won the 2 lucky draw coupons & come with your family to claim it.
We went over there & they told us about a package offer of 10K AED. They literally told me even you accept or reject this offer, no issues we can have the 2 coupons absolutely free.

Fake.not answering calls no reply to mails...

They are FRAUD and Scammer. Took my money of AED 10K without any services. Asking my money to refund for 2 years now but still same excuses. This company should be REPORTED and ALL STAFF must go to JAIL.

ITS ABIG SCAM BE CAREFUL LIKE NOW THE HAVE STARTED AGAIN like the will be selling coupons in mall and many crowded areas i fill it up and i got a call saying u have winned the coupon with the company name demeridian loyalty card services they will some option so i jsut said i selected on travel package and they keep on calling untill we attend they said me to meet on one hotel in garhoud when u went its like i was trapped like they said about there package in a very trustable and i was gonna check the review but the poeple i mean the staffs were acting and changing the subject and believed with there words i thought its good package a they r giving for good price so i didnt think that much and they said about the paymnet but they said no cash payment only card payment so ithought smthg seems off i said i dont have card now but again they started balbbering again and with trustful words i went and take the card but at that time idk my mind was full balnk with there words and one staff follows untill i take card from the card but at that time i didnt think much i did the paymney we were 7 members tickets to USA he said will only 980 or somthing now and again teh changed the subject and take amount 19999 i have losted when i check the review i just get shocked and by sseing the money that the actual took from my mimd went soo blank i called the guy but no proper respond coz the contract i sighned was nothing just a copy with fake no proof or any other thing so be careful with the scam and think and my lost is a huge that i cant even get a refund................ so dont get trapped like me i hope the get caughted up somedy all the staff are fake

Recently we are disappointed with de meridian..they will call for claim the price..we are going to booking for holy umrah trip..guy said flight and hotel all are in same cost..after we will approach bus only available..no visa provided..getting very low service..but we have to paid for more money..dont waste your time with these guys..

This is a fraudulent company and one of the biggest scams in the UAE. All they want is to take your money — you will get absolutely nothing in return. They are nothing but vile scammers. I am one of the victims. Please, do not pay them anything and warn others about them

Don't believe this company SCAM! On September 28, I received a message stating that I had won a voucher from this company. We visited Novotel Hotel, where your staff members, Bernadette and Cherry, explained the details to us. They informed us that, temporarily, the payment would be processed using my Tabby credit limit, and that after five days the amount would reset and your company would settle the payment. They also mentioned that we would only start paying once we received the insurance.

However, even after ten days, nothing changed. I followed up through email, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls, but unfortunately, there was no response. Because of this, I personally went to your office. We intended to cancel the contract, but we were told that this package cannot be cancelled unless we pay 35%, even though we have not used any of the services. We were also informed that if we proceed with the payment through Tabby, the company would reimburse the amount.

And I was advised that the reimbursement process would take 30 days, and I would receive the refund by the end of November. When I followed up again, I was told that the reimbursement would be released at the end of December. The information keeps changing, which is causing confusion and inconvenience.

Additionally, I attempted to redeem the voucher I originally received, but no one has responded. I was later told that I had sent the request to the wrong email, even though I used the contact details provided to me.

DE MERIDIAN LOYALTY CARD SERVICES IS A SCAM. Beware of this company. They have people station in a busy malls and supermarkets to look like they are staffs and will give you a raffle ticket to win a holiday package. They will get your personal details and numbers and after few days you will receive a call telling you that you won a package and come with your family. They will never stop calling you and the moment you come to the location, their scam will begin and they will hold you for hours and will not give you the voucher they promised. They will convince you by showing proofs that they are part of famous companies like Marriott, De Meredian etc until you are convinced to give your card details.owners are indians from punjab side name SANJEEV and TUSHAAR. even they are doung fraud with employees also they hired them to tell them that you have to sell holidays after that they come to know thats its fraud company and when they ask to left this company they hold their pasport and salaries.If you are a Filipino beware of HAZELYN. She is working for this scam company. I wonder how this company got a business license to operate like this. BE CAREFUL AND DON’T SIGN ANYTHING UNTIL YOU READ AND UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING THEY ASK YOU TO SIGN AND NEVER GIVE YOUR CARD PAYMENT.
