This was my first visit to your place last week. The staff made me feel comfortable immediately upon my arrival. All information was communicated effectively, and the procedure was carried out professionally. I will certainly return for more treatments.

I have been there twice before and I know that they have high-quality services. They are quite focused on satisfying their clients' demands instead of just doing things fast.

wasn't sure about the website initially but opted to give it a go. the kit came in on thursday and it appears to be working okay. a bit slow with the email response but the product itself is great.

Recently found this place and am glad that I have. It had a relaxed ambience and the therapist was very knowledgeable. Generally, it is a good service and I would definitely return.

I flow over from the North of Ireland to DEEP. I got a full facial treatment an CO2 Laser too. I am so happy that I choose DEEP, the directions to his studio was easy to find as DEEP sends you all the details via WhatsApp to help in every way to find his place. Very welcoming staff an such a gentleman DEEP himself is, he explained everything in full detail with before an after treatment photos, what treatment would be best for me. I'm over the moon with my treatment already an the swelling hasn't fully went down yet 😍. I definitely recommend DEEP for I've looked about for a while to get treatment to my face after my Leukemia stemcell bone marrow treatment. I'm glad I choose DEEP Aesthetics. I recently had Endolaser treatment at Deep Aesthetics and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very first consultation, he spent so much time explaining the procedure, the expected results, and most importantly what would actually suit my face and goals. I really appreciated how honest he was there was no pressure at all, just genuine advice about what would work best for me.

What really stood out was how he uses the golden ratio to assess facial balance and proportions, which made me feel so confident that everything was being done with real precision and artistry. It’s clear he cares about creating natural, balanced results rather than overdoing anything.

Deep Aesthetics Clinic deserves five stars. The practitioner was extremely professional, talented, and clearly has a superb eye for detail when it comes to facial aesthetics. I had filler in my chin and cheeks due to volume loss, as well as steroid injections in my nose for scar tissue, and I am genuinely delighted with the results.

He made me feel completely comfortable and at ease throughout the whole process, and he spent extra time with me to make sure everything was done properly. I also really appreciated how he said that if I wasn’t happy with the treatment, he would redo it free of charge — you really can’t say fairer than that.

He is not only a highly skilled practitioner but also a great person, and I now consider him a friend. I would happily recommend Deep to anyone looking for a professional and caring aesthetics practitioner. Five stars.

Deep is hands down the best practitioner I’ve ever been too, I saw him 4 years ago at the start of me looking for treatments to improve and enhance my problem areas being over 40, I had 8 point lift which transformed my face, the talent is incredible, being a couple of hours drive from me I decided to try having top ups locally but learnt the hard way that not all practitioners have the experience or skill and most importantly the knowledge that Deep has. He has corrected every area I was concerned about and his talent is the absolute best in the business, I wouldn’t ever go to anyone else. Absolutely amazed with my results. Best experience my eyes were really sunken cheeks were flat and I had lost lots of volume and didn’t have much structure. What deep did with fillers was Magic? He is an artist especially when it comes to fillers and the best thing is he gave me a guarantee so if I want any top ups after everything I said he does that free of charge which I think is amazing because he is truly interested more in the final result and outcome and not just charging you extra for money

Please dont go near this company its dangerous they are performing procedures with no qualufications and not even insured. They company is in debt with ccjs. They are performing breast fillers and bbl people are getting serious infections and nearly dying and they are not even insured. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

Deep is in for money purposes only! He’s a self made injector by doing courses over the years and using faces as experiments. The same for his partner Kiran.
Please contact his insurance and report him, for those face he’s ruined. I’ve been so traumatised and do not wish this upon anyone. I cannot write the correct date due to legal reasons

He's a con artist and charges overpriced and I found another ashetics clinic good price and lovely results.

I recently had treatments with Deep Athestics, carried out by Deep. I want to start by saying that this review is not about the quality of Deep’s work — I genuinely admire his results, I like his enthusiasm, I liked him as a person, and I can see why people are drawn to his services. My concern is purely about the overall client experience and professionalism around appointment management and accountability.

Unfortunately, my experience left me feeling very disappointed and let down.

Across four appointments (including in Canary Wharf and Birmingham), my treatment times were repeatedly pushed back, and there were significant delays. On one occasion, what was meant to be a morning appointment resulted in me not getting home until nearly 8pm. I always make a conscious effort to book the first appointment of the day and arrive early out of respect, especially as these treatments require planning, travel, and often emotional preparation. I feel that this respect for time should be mutual.

On my most recent appointment, where Deep was to give me a free session as I was not happy with the results from a previous procedure, which in the end didn't happen due to me finally leaving, my time was changed from 10am to 12pm was still being pushed back as he still wasn't there, I was left feeling uncertain about whether the appointment would be honoured and started to feel anxious and distressed. Despite trying to compromise and be flexible, I also found myself in situations where a client appeared to have an appointment before me, which added to the confusion. As a client, this creates stress and anxiety — particularly when treatments are already something that can make people feel nervous or vulnerable.

There also appeared to be a lack of preparation before appointments. On previous visits, I waited for hours, and even reception staff acknowledged that it can be awkward having patients waiting. On one occasion, I had to share treatment time with another client who was visibly stressed before being seen. This has a real impact on how clients feel about their experience and the procedure itself.

I want to be clear that I am not criticising the technical work or intentions. I appreciated the recommendations given to me and the effort to achieve the desired results. However, when clients are investing a significant amount of money and trust into aesthetic treatments, organisation, punctuality, and communication are just as important as the treatment itself.

Clients often arrive feeling nervous, anxious, and hopeful about improving something that may affect their confidence. Being left waiting for hours, having appointments pushed back, or feeling unheard when raising concerns can really affect that experience.

I believe this could be improved with better scheduling, clearer communication, and greater respect for clients’ time. The lack of professionalism and consistent disregard for appointment times, a worrying lack of accountability, as well as not following up after my last failed appointment until I had to contact, has seriously impacted my trust and overall experience. This needs urgent improvement. Constructive feedback is important for growth, and I genuinely hope this is taken in the spirit intended — to improve the overall clients journey.
