I think I spoke with Mike Gibson today, he was helpful and polite, gave me the option to re set my payment plan that had failed, which was appreciated.

Mike Gibson listened carefully and quickly resolved the matter with competence, courtesy and kindness. There was no debt owed and he promptly cancelled the entry on the system, providing proof of the cancellation by email. He was profusely apologetic for the error, which I appreciated.
