Awful experience. Website does not make it clear everything is shipped from France, took two weeks to receive my order despite it saying free 24 hour shipping. Ordering system wouldn't accept UK postcodes either and customer service is non-existent.

Then when you finally do manage to order something you get bombarded constantly by marketing texts and emails. It's like every few hours there's something from them. Give it a rest.

Absolute joke of a company i ordered some high tops and am still yet to receive them it took them 2/3 days to process the order and then they got stuck at customs for 4 days then when the delivery company finally got them they cant deliver them as DC shoes did not put my name and address on the parcel they just put the street name nothing else so they are going to be sent back to DC unless they contact dpd with my details and considering i cant get any response from Dc customer service or lack of I'm stuck in limbo trying to cancel the order and get a refund....... What a bunch of clowns.

I received a faulty shoe and their customer service is practically non existent. I've not had anyone respond to me for 3 weeks, despite me trying to follow up with them.

Absolutely scammers they don’t reply any messages and phone line after 15 minutes cuts down!! This company should be banned selling goods . I have fill claim PayPal normal they are pretty good hope get my money back .

This is the absolute worst experience i have ever had with a company in my entire life and that's no exaggeration.
I ordered a pair of dc skate shoes size 10.5 on 28th March 2025. I have had no update or communication that my order has been dispatched and today is 8th April 2025. The useless AI is of no help whatsoever and just creates tickets that never get responses from a human. Just going to file a charge back with my credit card for this absolute scam of a company. Avoid this company at all costs.

I ordered a ski jacket and a ski bib online. The jacket came, which had a cheap material but the ski bib still hasn’t arrived after 3 weeks. I have emailed numerous times to find out what is happening but they are not coming back to me. I’m out of pocket with no product in return.

I really wish I'd read the reviews before ordering from DC! I ordered a pair of Phase Pro - BOA® Snowboard Boots for Women in a size UK8, and received a UK7. Customer service implied I had ordered the wrong size until I sent the order confirmation as proof, but then still insisted that I return through the usual means and re-order (i.e. refused to do an exchange which will mean two large transactions on my card, until I receive the refund for the first transaction). I have no confidence that if I order again I will receive the correct size, as their back end apparently processed my order of a UK8 as a US9, which is clearly incorrect. To add insult to injury, I have had to pay £5 for returning the item, despite it being their fault! Thoroughly annoyed!

Absolutely no customer service.
I have tried several times to get through and they have not bothered to respond.
Sales are from all over and ones not from from the UK ended up returned to sender.
waiting for confirmation, or refund been 2 weeks.
Absolutely pathetic.

Buy from an outlet, not direct.
Won't be purchasing again.

Sizing has completely changed. I've always ordered 11.5, but now i can barely get my foot in that size (no, I'm not still growing - I'm over 50).
Return is taking absolutely ages too - been over a week and the parcel has yet to make it back to DC.

I had a very positive experience with this company. My order was received 5 days after ordering. The quality is amazing. Very good communication throughout. I'd definitely order again.

I was hesitant to order from DC after reading the reviews here, but I’m so glad I gave it a chance! My order arrived in perfect condition just two days after I placed it. I got these trainers for my son at a fantastic price, and they’re exactly what we were hoping for. Super happy with the experience and wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

I ordered from this company but never received my shoes. Emailed many times no response, I checked my bank account and noticed that the money had had gone out.

When I looked into further I found that the company was based in Thailand.

I think these are most likely copies and also a scam.

My advice is stay well clear of them.

ordered one pair and had no confirmation so i asked at least 7 times via email whether my order had been placed and kept receiving the same automated responses. i then ordered another pair elsewhere (as i need to know they’ll be here in time for christmas) which are already on the way and confirmed. i’d now like to return the first pair, if they ever arrive, but will have to cover the return cost even though i tried asking multiple times if my order was placed because of their faulty confirmation. i have emailed AGAIN asking them to cover the cost of return and they still have not answered.

I signed up for the loyalty program as I wanted to try out some different sizes without being charged for returning the items.
They sent the order in 2 different packages and it's going to cost me £10 to return them. I've emailed but only had an AI reply. I've called multiple times just to be put on hold for 15 minutes then hung up on without talking to a person.
Definitely won't be buying from them again!

The customer service is non existent, i returned an order on the 4th of September 2weeks later I am still waiting for my refund and the customer service number doesn’t exist the virtual assistant is an absolute joke, there is no human to assist, it is all a complete SCAM!

Just echo many people's comments on here the customer service is a complete joke. It's not existent.

I had an issue with a product bought and trying to get hold of a human being impossible.

Raised an issue via the contact form, several days later acknowledgement of receipt but no answer.

Found the customer service number and it just sticks you in a queue and then cuts you off after 15 minutes.

I have tried calling 4 times now and no luck.

Love the brand but this website which I believe is boardriders UK run is a complete shambles. Especially compared to other sellers selling the same product.

Ordered on a Thursday and arrived a week later. Good quality trainers, very happy with the product and the service they provide. They keep you well informed via email at every stage. Highly recommend.

I asked as simple question, along with some context. My question could have been answered with a Yes or a No and it would have been a better response, instead they didn't read my simple question and gave a macro response by picking up on a keyword from my context. Antonio, please read customers queries in full, this is terrible customer service and you have directly prevented a sale due to your inability to handle a simple question. I will not buy anything from a business that has bad customer service regardless of how much I like the product.
