Very bad service so cheap uneducated

Extremely Disappointing Product Quality & Customer Service

I purchased a Dawlance washing machine, and unfortunately, the tub started leaking as soon as I filled it with water. I immediately complained to the dealer, who forwarded the complaint to Dawlance.

The Dawlance team came to inspect the machine, but instead of replacing the defective machine or tub, they said they would simply fill/seal the crack in the tub. It has now been 4 days, and they still have not fixed the issue.

This is extremely disappointing. How can a washing machine with a cracked/leaking tub pass quality checks and be delivered to a customer in the first place? A brand-new washing machine should not require a cracked tub to be repaired immediately after purchase.

The product quality and customer support have both been extremely poor. Instead of providing a proper replacement, I have been left waiting for days with a defective washing machine.

Very disappointing experience with Dawlance. I expected much better quality and customer service from such a well-known brand.

Bad Experience, Failed to deliver product, also no refund my money

میں ڈاولینس کی سروس سے انتہائی مایوس ہوں۔ میرا اے سی ابھی بھی وارنٹی میں ہے، لیکن اس میں خرابی آ گئی ہے۔ میں نے کئی بار ڈاولینس کے آفیشل نمبر پر رابطہ کرنے کی کوشش کی، مگر نہ کوئی جواب ملا اور نہ ہی میری شکایت پر کوئی کارروائی کی گئی۔

جب پروڈکٹ وارنٹی میں ہو تو کمپنی کی ذمہ داری بنتی ہے کہ بروقت سروس فراہم کرے۔ افسوس کے ساتھ کہنا پڑ رہا ہے کہ ڈاولینس کی بعد از فروخت (After Sales) سروس انتہائی ناقص ہے۔ امید ہے کہ کمپنی اس معاملے کا فوری نوٹس لے گی اور اپنی کسٹمر سروس کو بہتر بنائے گی۔

I have been requesting for the services since Wednesday and no one has bothered to reach me once , just a call received from 0311 7240320 and he asked the house number .
The service is so pathetic that even from the customer services department no one has call me as I requested for the call back from the manager.
I shall never recommend dawlance to anyone.

I trusted Dawlance because it’s a “reliable Pakistani brand.” Today, I regret that trust.

I ordered a Dawlance Vertical Freezer from Dawlance’s own website. When the courier came, he didn’t let me open the box. He said, “It’s not our policy. If there’s any issue, talk to Dawlance.”

The moment I opened it at home, my heart sank. The glass door was shattered in multiple places.

I called Dawlance immediately. They said, “We’ll take it back. Do you want a replacement or a refund?” I said clearly: *I want my refund. I don’t want a broken product.*

They told me to cancel the order on the website and apply for a refund. I did that *20 days ago*. They promised, “Your money will be back in 15 days.”

It’s been over a month now.
Every day I call them. Every day the answer is: “It’s under process.”
This Wednesday, they finally took my bank details. I thought, finally.

But today, a rider showed up at my door with ANOTHER freezer. I never asked for it. I said no. I asked Dawlance why. Their reply: “We tried calling you today, you didn’t answer, so we sent a replacement.” I didn’t get any call. And even if I did, I have been saying REFUND for 30 days straight.

Now they’re saying, “Wait 18 more days.”

*18 more days for my own money?*
I’m not a millionaire. I saved for this. I’ve spent a month begging for what’s mine.

If this is how Dawlance treats customers after taking payment, then I have to warn everyone: *Think twice before buying from Dawlance Online.*

All I want is my refund. Please Dawlance, do the right thing.

Very disappointed with my Dawlance AC and customer service. The AC has had performance issues since the day it was installed (purchased June 2025), and despite multiple complaints, the problem remains unresolved.
What made the experience worse was the poor handling of my complaint by the customer support team. I received repeated promises that were never fulfilled and inconsistent information about the status of my case.
I am sharing this review so that Dawlance senior management is aware of how customer complaints are being handled and the impact this has on customer trust.
I expected better product quality and professional after-sales support from Dawlance. Unfortunately, my experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend Dawlance based on the service I have received.
