The company focuses on making money with minimal input and a non-existant customer service. Literally the second you hand money over is the last time you'll hear from them. I even got an automated ema... Leggi di più

They DO not respond to email for assistance. Also found the AI bot is NOT always on the same page you are. I'd have kept on if I had gotten a response.

Data Scientist in Python 👍🏼
Completed the Data Analyst and Data Scientist in Python career paths. I feel like they give a great beginner friendly process to learn programming. In particular, the projects are great and I'm going to create a GitHub and upload some of them.
For anyone considering using Dataquest, I would recommend you make your project notebooks nice as you go (I'm now going back and tidying them all up before I upload them)

Great platform for teachers to use in class with kids, interactive lessons help to show kids immediate results of their work. Also the structure of courses and useful screenshots help a ton!

Poor service experience from their poor renewal and refund policy. Whilst their content was ok, they send spam-like emails in their correspondence hence, I did not see notifications to cancel my renewal. Then when I was trying to get a full refund from them (I was no longer using their platform and hadn't for months) they're correspondence was hard to keep track of as for example their emails looked like spam. Overall their service left a bitter taste. As a student with no income I would have appreciated more humanity from them in dealing with this and issuing a full refund.

Risposta di Dataquest
Hi Bradley,
Thanks for providing your feedback! Sorry you had missed the renewal notifications.
As Dataquest is a subscription service, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Although I see that we had issued you a significant refund, apologies that this hadn't resolved your concerns.
We hope that in the future, you'll reconsider learning with us. We'd love to continue helping you through your learning journey!
The Best Platform to learn Data Science hands down.
The hands-on experience of learning Data Science on this platform is incredible. I have learnt so much in such a short time.
