Used the call back service, expecting a long wait, but got called back within a few minutes. My query was handled quickly and efficiently by the customer service agent.
So Nice to Speak to a Knowledgeable Patient Adviser
Mudassar was polite and very knowledgeable. I am new to the company and needed to understand the services Daisy provide Holton Hall with. He patiently explained everything to me and answered all my questions in a clear way that I understood. When I then explained the problems we are having with connection as we are very rural he suggested alternatives that will better suit Holton Halls needs and then arranged for the Sales Team to contact me with a quote.
Mudassar made everything easy to understand and suggested a solution which was greatly appreciated.
Having been on hold for 25 minutes just to get through it was a relief to have a helpful knowledgeable adviser to talk to.

Daisy has been let down by UPS twice & the post but has always responded to my ‘phone calls and resent immediately & duplicated the items I ordered. The router is great and I was so grateful for the repeated efforts of Daisy to get it out to me in spite of problems caused by the delivery companies.

We’ve had multiple issues with this…
We’ve had multiple issues with this company around something as basic as setting up bank holiday messages. Despite clearly requesting our message be scheduled for Monday, 5th May, it was set on the wrong day, causing confusion and disruption to our patients.
Even worse, this isn't the first time – the April bank holidays were also missed, despite previous communication. The continued lack of reliability and attention to detail is seriously affecting our practice and could cost us patients. For a service we rely on for professional communications, this level of incompetence is simply unacceptable.

The first guy was unable to understand that when he asked me for my full name and I gave it, that I was the account holder. He didn't understand that you can be known by your second name and went off the phone for ages, came back then couldn't hear me. A waste of 15 minutes.
The second guy got it and was v helpful

Leaving Daisy
I work with the local branch of a national charity so every penny is important. I found a cheaper service and requested to leave. Over several days and 'phones call I was passed to different people and several times told i would be called back. Never happened. Finally the man I spoke to, very courteous, agreed to my request to leave and provided a PAC code. Apart from the last chap the whole episode was a waste of my time and effort and also that of the Daisy staff. It was as if they were trying to stop me leaving the Company

Efficient and polite.
My query was dealt with in a polite and efficient manner. I was given a telephone number to finalise my case and this was answered quickly and an email sent so everything was dealt with in two calls.
