Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I never would have ordered a piece of furniture if I knew returning an ltem was so complicated. What a mistake. I was given incorrect information from an email. Never again!! I have to call for an order label for Canada. There is no human to speak to. FedEx is not easy to reach to pick up a 33lb box from a residence.

White Wicker Chairs
Purchased an old Victorian Home with a large wrap around porch. Searched for reasonably priced white wicker chairs to keep with the old Victorian look of the outside porch. Chairs we purchased fit the bill, look very nice and were not too expensive.They arrived quickly and were well packaged. They look great on our porch

Terrible experience
We bought a dining table from this company and received totally broken and shattered . It is hard to get to live person and you have to wait long time answer the email . They delivered glass dining table totally shattered and even on the delivered box had written shattered and damaged it means they already knew that shipped item is broken but just wanna play with costumer ‘s money for 20 days or maybe longer . They offer you 10 % discount for totally shattered table I can attached all photos . It is embarrassing and I wish somebody stop this company to send broken and damaged item to customer. They request photos again and again and ask you to keep shattered glasses in your apartment till final decision .finally after lots of email conversation and talk with Amazon representative they accept to refund . That is terrible experience no respect to customer . Better stay away from them . I have lots of photos and I wish I could attached all those here .

I purchased a desk and hutch from this company through Amazon. The desktop was damaged (split in two) upon arrival. I immediately contacted the company via Amazon for a replacement piece. If it wasn't for getting Amazon involved I'd still be waiting on a reply from this company. Almost two weeks later and everything has been boxed up and ready to be picked up and a full refund expected. I'm having issues getting a refund on the hutch, which is worthless without a desk. Again, I'm thankful Amazon is involved to help me as this company, and their customer service, is lacking. I don't recommend purchasing from Cymax because resolving a problem with them is a nightmare!

2 of the items delivered with significant damage, no phone number to call, it takes them weeks to get back to you via email. they provide wrong order statuses and invalid shipping info. Trying to get a refund without any luck at this point

Terrible customer service. I ordered a desk from them. It was listed as in stock. Two days later, I checked my order on their web site and it said my desk would be shipped in 5 months. I contacted customer service and I received 4 different emails. 1) Your order is delayed. 2) Your order has been cancelled. 3) We made a mistake and it has shipped. 4) Your order has been cancelled.
This caused a ton of work for me, because each time I had to take a different action. I ordered the desk from another vendor, cancelled the order and ultimately had to order it again.
The icing on the cake was when I contacted Cymax customer support. The agent (Jonathan) was rude, unhelpful and terminated the chat session while I was still talking.
I will never use them again.
Buyer Beware
This company is a total scam; one star is too good of a rating. After speaking with two customer service reps, both assuring me that everything would go smoothly, I placed my order. One day later without warning, the order was canceled. The “explanation”, was that the item couldn’t be shipped to my area, and that the company was unable to fulfill my order. Within 24 hours, I was bilked out of almost $800. Within 24 hours, the website no longer existed; the phone number was unanswered. It took a week, several emails, and a BBB complaint (who rates them as A+), I received a full refund.
Worst Company Ever!!
Worst company ever, don't waste your time. They never pick up the phone or answer any emails. I ordered a drafting stool, it was very uncomfortable. Their return policy states you can return any item if you're not fully satisfied. The catch is, they never answer their emails and you can't reach them by phone, so you can't return anything. I've been trying to reach them for two weeks, many emails, many phone calls. The stool was about $225. I seem to be stuck with it because they won't respond. Now I'm going to have to get my bank involved and possibly the Better Business Bureau. Terrible experience.
Worst company ever
Worst company ever. My tracking got lost. I had to file 3 lost claims for them to call me. Just to tell me I can’t cancel cause they found my item and it’s on the way. Got the item a month later. Open and damaged. Email them ever day. I get one response every 3 weeks. To get a shipping label to ship back. After two months they declined my damaged claim. Never again

Absolutely worst experience ever! First ordered a 2 piece sectional. One piece was brown and the other was black. Did as requested and sent back the piece that was the wrong color. After a week later, numerous phone calls, and several emails, I never received a response. Beware and stay away!

This company is terrible!!! I only purchased my bed from them because it was out of stock from another online store i normally purchase. One of the bed parts(the front board) was damaged. I tried calling but apparently they dont have customer service for that purpose, the prerecorded line directs you to email them and will hear back 24-48hrs!! And then they hang up! Email??? Are they kidding?? I emailed them over 10 days ago and NO response! They obviously have lots of issues if they are not able to respond in the timely manner they say they will, because their emails are probably full of complaints or they are just scamming people!! Please take your business to WAYFAIR, they have the best customer service ever! I am in no way affiliated with wayfair, but have purchased from them a lot, and any time i had an issue, they resolved it IMMEDIATELY!! CYMAX is a JOKE!!! They will never have my business again!!! Oh, and let me add this, while looking at my transactions, they OVERCHARGED me! I had a coupon code which brought my price down a little, i have a proof from their website, yet they charged me a full amount! What a scam!! Let me just add the icing on the cake, their website is garbage!! Your account will not even work, any time you want to track it, it will take you to an error. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

As the rest have said, HORRIBLE customer service. Do NOT order something such as a couch from a company where you literally do not have an option of contacting someone over the phone, and they only respond to emails every 24-48 hours. So if you're response isn't satisfactory, or doesn't explain anything, prepare to wait another 24-48 for a response.
Absolutely ridiculous that a company would do business this way.

I have tried contacting them and can’t get to a rep, I requested to cancel my order and they did but NEVER GAVE MY MONEY BACK!

Hopefully I will get to update this to more than one star. As of now, they have taken their $400 but I don't have any info on our order. When I look it up it says order not found. I have emailed their customer service four times. This order was placed 5/14 and they have not responded to a single email inquiring as to whether or not they have received my order correctly. They didn't have any troubles taking the money out of our account.
Horrible Company - Non Existent Customer Service
What a horrible experience! Ordered a desk with hutch. They took the payment out of my account. I never received any shipping notice except for the initial order confirmation stating that it would be delivered no later than the 12th. On the 12th I received a survey to rate how satisfied I was with my purchase. A purchase I never received. I called customer service, no answer and they would state I exceeded the wait time, a whopping 10 seconds and they would hang up. I have emailed them 4 times, no reply. And then finally today, I get an email stating that they cancelled my order, no explanation why and when I click on the link to find out why it takes me to a page with FAQ's, nothing about finding out why it was cancelled. They are horrible and I would never do business with them again!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They sent the wrong item and instead of following their own statement on Amazon about offering a replacement they refused to send the correct item. I ordered a twin storage bed and they sent a king headboard. Then they refused to sell me the bed at the price I paid and offered to give me the headboard at a 25% discount. Why would I want a kingsized headboard? Then they sent the most ridiculous instructions to get my money back. They wanted me to take the kingsized headboard and ship it back to them. VERY VERY BAD business. This company did not do the right thing by me. This was their mistake not mine. They need to check their listings if they aren't correct fix them and honor the price set in the marketplace.
