Gulab jamun, reimagined as a showstopper cake. An almond and cardamom sponge, filled with a fragrant saffron rose cardamom buttercream and a creamy mango ganache running through the middle. Finished with slivered pistachios and scattered rose petals on top, this is all the warmth and sweetness of the classic sweet, in cake form and ready for the centre of the table.
