Do not use this company - scammers and the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

Dreadful service. Paid a premium of £28 for 48 hour delivery. No response after 3 days e-mailed to ask where order was. No response so then phoned. Phone rings and rings for ages and is not always answered. Spoke to a lady who said she would try and locate the order??? I said I needed it within 48 hours or to cancel it as I had already paid for premium delivery that had not happen. Was promised a call back. Didn't happen. Then after 48 hours received an e-mail asking if I wanted item delivered on the Saturday when I had quite clearly told the company previously that we were a company that did not open on a Saturday. Order cancelled and still awaiting refund over 10 days later. I will be asking Mastercard to do a charge back if a refund is not received. Do not use this company. There are plenty of other companies that value their customers

Ordered three small sheets. One was a very different size to what I requested. Another wasn't exactly what I wanted, but I made it work. The other was correct. I sent two emails asking for a replacement. No response. After two weeks finally phoned and spoke with a person named Tony. Sent him my previous emails directly and no response three weeks later. Very poor.

Poor customer service. No response to emails and difficult to get hold of by phone. Item arrived 2 days late.

Product was good when finally delivered.

Cancelled order via phone, still dispatched it after 2 emails and 2 phone calls.
Still waiting on refund!

Worst experience !
I would give no stars if this would be an option. They rather deal with a fraud person with fake name than delievering the goods that I paid for. I have a leaking kitchen because they are not able to deliver the plastic sheets to the given address. I'm waiting since over a month and they are not able to solve the issue.
I would not recommend them.

This company is a joke.

Placed order on 29th of April for a premium nominated day delivery on 5th of May but item didn't get delivered so called their customer service (You will be lucky if can get anyone on phone before multiple attempts), who had no idea about this delivery failue. Finally someone called from their office to apologise for the delay blaming their supplier as items were not even dispatched but they don't bother telling customer about it. As surely, customer will call to check for delivery and then they can share the news. Why bother respecting customer's time and anyway the motto of this company is we give a damn about customers.

Anyways, I was promised that delivery will now happen on the 8th of May via AM delivery option i.e. delivery before 12pm.I hired a handyman for this job to start after 12pm as was hoping to get the delivery before 12pm. However, when the parcel didn't arrive till 1pm, I made a call to their customer dis-service department (Name more applicable for this company's staff). This time excuse was the delivery company, who damaged one of the acrylic. More apologies and another promise to get the delivery before 12pm on 13th of May.

After wasting so much time waiting for this delivery i didn't had desire to continue with them but gave one more chance. Again, I hired handyman to start at 1pm but to my biggest shock they failed to deliver it on the third attempt. They were shut on Saturday and don't have any out of office hours number so had to wait till Monday to take my steam out and ask for the refund.

On Monday their courier showed up on my door and was politely asked to return item back.

Good luck dealing with this unprofessional and unreliable company.

We have worked with Cut Plasticks for a long time now. They have always been reliable and are able to produce tricky orders with ease.

We have had to edit orders a couple of times and their staff have always been wonderful, understanding and capable of making changes to our orders without any problems.

Their website is also a very helpful tool to order the products they sell, with all the features you need to order your cut plastics in any shape and size.
