I purchased a copper affect Ali to install as a splash back in the kitchen. The quality is great the look is fantastic, easy to install. Will keep in mind for future projects.

Nothing more than scammers earning interest holding customers money.

They took the order and a month later we still haven't received anything. When chasing the order up we were told it was ready to post, but it never came.
Unable to wait any longer we have now cancelled the order and were told the funds would be back in the account within five working days. That time has now passed and the money is still being held by cut plastic sheeting.
They've wasted ours and our customers time. This will be reported as a scam with the bank.

Update. Finally after opening a small claim the money was returned to our account.

Awful customer service, no empathy, no willingness to suggest options, and blocked from speaking to anyone at management level. I ordered a made to measure piece that arrived short of the measurement I had requested. Please be aware that items could arrive +/-2mm different from the measurements you request, which in my case makes a big difference! I won’t be using this company again, if you do, expect to receive items that may not quite measure up!

Absolutely shocking, service and customer service. Ordered a bespoke made to measure splash back for a client, it arrived incorrectly cut as per the original measurements this was reissued and delivered to the wrong address from the order and when we arrived to complete the works the splashback again was damaged. Refusal of item to be reissued correctly as we did not report the issue within 24hrs..Staff were like speaking with a brick wall with no empathy for the failures their team clearly made.. AVOID at all costs...

Took the long postage option and it was as expected. Great comms on the progress. Product exceeded my expectations. Very Good all round. Thanks

Everything was simple, from order to delivery.... product was cut exact as requested and fitted perfectly. Will definitely use again in the future.

I ordered a piece of Perspex and MDF board.

For the first attempt the package was delivered badly damaged, and the perspex was broken.

On the second attempt, the delivery never even got to my property as the courier returned the product back to Cut Plastic as it was already damaged.

On the third attempt, the packaging was already holed when it was delivered, and the product was damaged.

Cut Plastic refused to attempt a fourth delivery and offered a refund, although only for the Perspex, although I did have an email where we had agreed on a full refund on the product (why would I need the MDF without the perspex). Also two members of staff at Cut Plastic both answered by email queries on the issues with completely different responses.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Bought it to go on some painted shelving, yes I should have sanded them.... but I think they look so much better now.

Only reason this review isn’t a 5 star review as with my last two orders, I haven’t received any tracking information from either Cut Plastic sheeting or the Courier they use (DX). It would be a great help to have that info together with the dispatch email so I can 100% know when it’s out for delivery, and if the courier offers the information, a time slot of when the delivery would be made. Just helps me plan my day and make sure someone is available to accept the order.

Easy to order bespoke size. Kept informed of progress at all stages. Product very well packed and was exactly as described with no defects or marks. Will be back if I need anything of a similar nature.

I can’t recommend this company enough. The product is first class, added splash backs for hob, sink and waste caddy area in kitchen, they cut out a plug to the mm. once CT1’ed in place it all fits a treat and looks stunning. Their price was competitive too, could have got slightly cheaper, but the finish of this product is quality. Well packaged, and delivered on time. So pleased we found these guys 🥳
