Ordered two lots of polycarbonate sheet. Both were well packed, accurately cut and competitively priced. The free delivery was, however, rather slow.

Speedy service but after-sales and terms and conditions are very disappointing. Checked delivery within 24 hours as advised on website and all was good as protective cover was in place and no damage to edges. Kept protective film on during installation to avoid causing any damage. Once installed we removed protective film to find several deep scratches under the film. Due to strict Ts & Cs they only offered discount on an additional order (at £130 per sheet we need it was not feasible to reorder and pay again). Not sure how they expect customers to fully inspect under protective films within 24 hours of delivery or before installation so very unfair! Will not purchase from here again as not worth the risk of damage.

I needed a clear rectangular cover for my gas fire pit. Found this company online - simply plug in the perspex thickness, width and length, radiused corners and any apertures (none in my case). Pricing is instantaneous, just click the payment button and all done! I wasn't in a hurry to get it so delivery was free and the product arrived about a week later. Packaging was very professionally done and the perspex makes a gorgeous cover for the glass windguard on my firepit. (I would add a photo if it was an option here). Really delighted with the entire purchasing experience!

I was very impressed with the service from Cut Plastic Sheeting. Polycarbonate sheets were cut exactly to size, very prompt dispatch, and very good packaging - all edges and corners were well protected but the package was not oversized. Highly rfecommended.

I ordered 2x magenta acylic sheets one with cutouts. Whilst these were done well, I attached one as recommended (clear flexible adhesive) and the adhesive clearly showed through. Only when I complained was I informed they offer an option of vinyl backing to stop this. There is no mention of this on the order form nor a warning that the recommended adhesive could show through. They refused to remake without paying again (albeit with a discount) so I had no alternative but to re-order with vinyl backing and stick over the original. I explained I had solved the problem with the other panel by applying 3 coats of white paint to the rear. Having now fitted the replacement one with the vinyl backing there are no glue marks but it is a different shade. They tell me this is because of the vinyl backing being silver where it adhears to the acrylic! I now have 2 different shades of magenta panels neither of which can't be removed without damage. Dispite bringing this to their attention they have not bothered to update their acrylic sheet order form so the pitfall remains! What a shame, this would have been a 5* review before fitting.

Was initially wary of ordering from this company but actually there are a brilliant company to order from. Had a large custom made shape manufactured in scratch resistant Perspex. Came expertly wrapped. Really really pleased with product. I emailed the agent a number of times to clarify various things and emails were always replied to in a professional and courteous manner. Considering my order was small, they still showed great patience and professionalism. I would most definitely recommend. Would like to give a special mention to Kate Jones in Sales. Thank you so much for your help!

Ordered 2 pieces of cut plastic for around the house. Order came in good time, expertly packaged , perfect size and well priced.
Based on my experience , I would recommend the company.

Very pleased with the acrylic sheets I bought to protect bedroom cabinets. I asked for smooth edges and frankly it’s as good as glass without the worries of cracking. Quality is excellent and they arrived very well packaged and within the week.

Seem this inept company are unable to learn from their mistakes, just wish I had looked into them before wasting my time.

First delivery - received wrong product

Requested refund, told this would be processed and received within 5-7working days. Despite this, on day 8, No refund, got in touch yet again, told it would be received by end of day, still not received.

Got in touch, AGAIN, only to find that nothing had been actioned all this time.

I am finally back where I started over 1.5 months later.

Such a shame that this company can’t put measures in place to prevent these basic errors from reoccurring. I’d be worried if I were an employee, with my livelihood at the risk of such endemic mismanagement.

This morally bankrupt company are complete charlatans. Took a payment of £45 without my knowledge as it was an undersized order ( who's ever heard of that scam) and despite their promises have never paid it back even though the order was cancelled 5 minutes after ordering and obviously never been received.
You've been warned they are despicable, without any moral compass and by keeping a 77 year old pensioners money, somewhere lower than the gutter.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. It's been a week since I reported my damaged parcel, and despite sending four emails, I haven't received a single response. Their automated replies promised contact within 24 hours, but no one has reached out. This lack of communication and failure to meet their own expectations is unacceptable. I would not recommend their services based on this frustrating experience.

My order of acrylic sheets (to use as a wind protector on my roof terrace) came through promptly, and the quality was perfect.

would not deal with these again, we booked a order in January, two weeks after we phoned to ask where it was, answer was, it would be there in two day, a week later no plastic, another two days they said, another month no sheeting, they then must have read this review, it was delivered more or less in two days, two months after ordering, no apology or any thing, then, as time went on we had this phone call from the firm to say they had been taken over this Lady apologised after we went through all our complaints, said she would refund our PP of £9-75 yes it was put back in my bank three days later,

I had to order specialist composite ACM for a custom 4x4 race vehicle. For starters, these are the only guys willing to sell fireproof ACM one offs, everyone else has huge minimum quantities. Price was good and the item arrived very well packaged.
