I have been custom pack few years now always good product prompt delivery

The polystyrene boxes we ordered arrived within the time frame, and were just what we expected. They are just a little fragile, but it is in the nature of the material. Have used them again and again. I will purchase from Custompac in the future.

Super fast delivery and great product, well packaged. Just what I needed to fill some giant beanbags.

Had a timing mishap and was running behind on receiving the poly at the location, but I was lucky enough to be blessed with Kevin as the driver, who was brilliant, kind and patient and helpful. The staff at HQ were doubtful and probably shaking their heads but even they did their best to give me some grace. Angels. Especially Kevin! Thanks all.

Custompac are great but don’t use DPD as they lost the order for three days.
