The curtains were a disaster!!!
The curtains were a disaster, short curtains with an easy floral pattern to follow. The hems were uneven, by up to a inch. They were sent back, I had a phone call from a senior staff member to find out what was wrong. This had already been extensively dicussed with another member of staff, who was extremely helpful. The curtains arrived back 'fixed' except they were not, even more of a disaster than the first time. They were sent back again, requesting a refund. I was contacted again by a senior member of staff who wants to attempt to rectify the problem again. I made several requests for a refund, mostly ignored but one received the comment that He wanted to look at the curtains first. I spoke to mae Solicutor who suggested that I looked at taking out a claim against this company in the Small Claims Court. I am a pensioner, not wealthy, so almost £300 is a lot for me to lose. KEEP CLEAR OF THIS FIRM - THEY ARE RUBBISH!!!
I Completely stand by my review and find the comments posted differ to what actually hsppened. The owner of this company wil just Not accept the curtains were Rubbish!!!!! I have retained All text messages, emails and receipts.
Furthermore I Do Not Appreciate being Pestered by this man sending an email trying to explain his failings. I expect TrustPilot to put an end to this haressment!!!

The initial issue was due the fabric pattern not being completely level, although in our opinion this was not that noticeable. This is possibly what made the hems look uneven. They were not 'uneven by up to an inch'.
The customer was called a second time to make sure we fully understood the issue.
Yes the hem was slightly uneven after they were returned as we re hemmed the bottom of the curtains so that it followed the pattern in an attempt to overcome the issue.
When the customer replied to say she was not happy with the curtains we simply asked her to return the curtains. She did this and we refunded the money.
It is not clear to us why the customer started threatening us with court proceedings.
At the end of the day we are obviously very sorry that the customer was not happy with their curtains and that we could not rectify the issue.
We have been in business for over 10 years and in that time we have established a good reputation for customer service and quality workmanship with many repeat customers.

Excellent service.
Curtains Made Simple were able to supply a particular fabric I wanted when the company who makes it were closed because of Covid19, so I'm particularly impressed. Quick delivery, fabric as expected and well packaged. Can't ask for more.

My new curtains and cushions arrived…
My new curtains and cushions arrived today. I am very pleased with them. The customer service received from Alicia at Curtains Made Simple was second to none. Alicia answered my many questions with both patience & professionalism. The order arrived DHL courier service with advance notice and exactly one month and a day as promised. They have been made to a very high standard and beautifully lined. Now I am waiting for storm Jorge to pass so I can admire them on a sunny day!

Blakeney Powder curtains
The curtains in Blakeney Powder fabric were duly delivered exactly 4 weeks after placing the order. The quality of finish is superb, even the finishing of the join between curtain and lining at the bottom was exemplary. I expect many admirers once the curtains are hung! I’m pleased to have placed with order with Curtains made Simple.

Beautifully made curtains,Roman blind…
Beautifully made curtains,Roman blind and cushions. Had a slight problem with the mechanism on the Roman blind and a replacement was sent by return post with no quibble.
Far better quality and choice of fabrics at a fraction of the price of my local curtain manufacturer.
Would recommend curtains made simple every time.
