Excellent service and installation
The staff at WSM branch were helpful and knowledgeable and I had confidence they were advising me on the best possible purchases for my requirements.
The delivery and fitters were excellent as it was not a straightforward installation.

Great service, quick delivery and install - 5 Stars!
Weston super Mare Store - Mark, so very helpful. Organised the washing machine for my mum, quick delivery, instakll and removeal of the old broken one. The guys arrived on time, were pleasant and helpful and after ensuring it was plumber in correctly, showed mum how to use. All done between Saturday afternoon and Monday morning. Brilliant

Great assistant
Made purchase at Weston super Mare branch recently. Assistant was Leya (might have the spelling wrong - foreign lady) but she was a delight to talk to. Talked us through everything regarding our purchase, couldn’t have been more helpful. Have bought a lot from Curry’s Weston over the years and never been dealt with by any assistant in the same way. Well done Curry’s, you have an excellent employee there.

Bad start great ending!
Initially the website would not accept my order so I had phone the help line. The team were polite and efficient and processed my order, payment and arranged delivery. I paid the extra to have the old machine taken away and the new machine fitted. The fitting team arrived when they said they would, installed the new unit and removed the old one without any fuss or making a mess. So, very impressed and judging Curry’s service on this experience i would certainly spend my money with them again!

The process of buying through currys was easy and straight forward. The gentleman that sorted our purchase was very helpful. But the younger lady we spoke to when we went in couldn't be bothered .delivery service was excellent

Ignored whilst employees huddled and flirted
We were in the shop for about 35 minutes looking at the watches waiting for a member of staff to help us order one as I was certain on buying one only to find that they were all stood round in a group by the counter flirting and laughing loudly with each other ignoring the few customers stood around waiting for help after all of this we decided to our business elsewhere as they don’t deserve my custom, you’ve lost out on business and a loyal customer well done curry’s Weston super mare

Helpful from start to finish …
In store was easy i told the person I spoke to what I wanted and he gave me some items which met those needs and then explained the difference between each one and let me decide which I wanted to purchase, sorted delivery , the dryer has now been delivered , they kept informed on when it was coming down to phoning me 15 minutes before so I could be ready . Very pleasant men came were very helpful. Very nice experience.

Excellent experience at Currys Weston-super-Mare. The staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Everything was explained clearly, the service was quick and efficient, and I felt well looked after throughout. Very satisfied with the service and I would definitely recommend this store. 5 stars!

Great staff
Great staff who listened to my problem and tried to resolve it before giving me a new shark vacuum cleaner.
