Not too heavy

Everything was good from staff at the s
hop to the appliance arriving.
Especially Dave and Rose. It was actually Rose's first day and she was brilliant.

Everyone I dealt with at Currys was really helpful.
The gentleman who took me through the features on
the TV I was thinking of buying was knowledgeable and clear,much appreciated.

Very straight forward ordered it and collected it a few hours later

We were looking for a Freeview box & were rather surprised to find there was only one available. That was ok though because it was fine for our needs. At least we didn't have to spend ages choosing!
The young lady on the till seemed new to the job as she was a little 'dithery'. But it wasn't a problem. Overall our experience was fine.

Helpful sales assistant and reasonable pricing.

Delivery was okay but it came a day later than expected.

Item faulty when removed from the box it was cracked, purchased online for click & collect.
When I returned next day, shop assistant didn’t understand the law that a faulty item purchased/online purchase is entitled
To a refund, spent 30 minutes with her stinking attitude arguing that I was not accept a gift card, eventually she agreed to the refund.
Poor Taunton store.

Excellent, well-informed advice and carefull assistance through the buying and setting up process.
One bit of advice: do not allow another customer to interrupt and “borrow” your expert advice - it is exceedingly frustrating and very bad manners - gives the impression that the original customer is not very important.

Today I wen to Curry’s in Taunton with my friend who wanted to purchase a battery vacuum,we waited to be served and eventually an assistant appeared,I commented that they should employ more staff,he said they have plenty of staff but they are all at lunch,and we came at the wrong time!!!!Wouldnt it be more sensible to stagger everyone’s lunch time??We waited an hour to get the right vacuum,two my friend chose were out of stock and one they couldn’t find the charger!!!ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!I suggest Curry’s get their act together!!!!!

Just it was a straight forward cash purchase of a iPhone 17 pro max and I was felt with efficiently and informative customer service thank you

Hello, very disappointing experience and as a very loyal customer who has purchased many items from this store over the years.

Powerbeats Pro 2 not fit for purpose as would not fit my wife’s ear canal. No options available in store to ‘try before you buy’. No flexibility in store from AM/Manager for a full refund or an exchange, at a paid cash price of £200 I would have expected a better response but fully understand your returns process and policy. These headphones were purchased by myself who is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatment for pancreatic cancer as a gift to my wife for all the love, care and support during this difficult time as she loves her running. A bit more flexibility in store would have been appreciated instead of now being stuck with an item that I have to try and resale at a loss no doubt. I will probably think twice before I purchase again.
