Young lad who served me had No idea about the product I was buying. Only interested if I wanted him to get one out of back storage. Then disappeared after he took my item to till. I hung around for few minutes and asked older sales assistant who did know most things. I am disabled customer so standing around is not the easiest for me

Absolutely disapponted on the customer service received from Currys Business. They have sold me a faulty washing machine and now I am going around in circles with manufacturer and currys and none of them are able to sort out.

Always bought products from Currys but first time ending up with a faulty item and its been a nightmare to resolve.

Already contacted business support team who added more disappointment clearly showing no regards to the issue.

The staff were very patient and explained clearly what I needed to know.

Very good and I would say that Rashid who sold me the item was excellent. I did make the point to the manager. The assistant was exemplary.

The manager on shift that day which seems like a busy was just great with helping me out. Also, AJi and Arnold are gems. They took their time and expertise to make sure customer satisfaction is met . At the end of the day, I left satisfied and happily with my appliance. A big thank you to all three for your hard work, patience, help,understanding, going above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. Visited Currys the 15/09/26 in the afternoon, hence the manager. Sorry I forgot your name but you're awesome, keep up with the good job.

I had a very pleasant experience, reason being is because I was there as soon as the store opened, so it was quite. Within minutes of arrival and looking around for a small tv, I was approached by a store employee Roshid, he was a breath of fresh air given the time of day. He was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. The store was well organised, bright and clean as usual. I now wished that i'd gone along with his choice, as i'm now regretting my purchase. I had a 28" Samsung unfortunately that size was no longer available and I chosed a JVC which in my opinion is not as good as the Samsung brand.

Delivered on time and properly installed. Fair price.

The customer service was excellent on this occasion.

My friend - a 78 year old lady - bought a washer/dryer from Currys in the Old Kent Road, London on September 1st for £559 including delivery and installation. Delivered and fitted by Currys on the 5th, shortly afterwards water was pouring from a water pipe due to it being wrongly fitted, flooding her kitchen and the people in the flat below, including blowing their electrics. Luckily the guy downstairs realised she is elderly and that she was very upset , and contacted Currys by phone for her. Meantime she could not use her cold water tap in the kitchen without water pouring out again. They sent another engineer out yesterday Sept. 6th to sort out the problem , which he said was due to a pipe not being fitted properly and he said he would report the poor fitting.. A couple of hours later she turned the machine on to a short synthetic wash, and during the spin cycle ( a not too fast 600 rpm) the machine started vibrating loudly and moving forward . It was so loud the downstairs neighbour came up to make sure she was OK. Luckily she had a family member there with her to calm her down. Today she went back to Currys in person to complain and told them the machine was defective, the installation was abysmal and that she wanted the machine removed and a full refund. The reply from Currys was "someone would contact her within 24 - 72 hours." So she has no working washing machine, has £559 pounds worth of useless machine halfway across her kitchen and is waiting for a phone call sometime in the next three days. The family member tried emailing Currys - received an automated reply saying the mailbox was no longer attended. This is not only 0% customer service but 0% helpful towards a 78 year old lady. Currys should hang their heads in shame.

Update 8th September.

The Lady in question - Miss Johnson - went to Currys Old Kent Road yesterday September 7th, explained what had happened and asked for the machine to be removed and a full refund. She was told she would be contacted within 24 - 72 hours.
So now she is waiting to be contacted by phone - she has no internet or email - with no working machine and the faulty one still halfway across her kitchen.

Update 11th september.

With the wonderful help from Mark Sloan at Currys H.O. the machine has now been taken back to Currys Old Kent Road and her payment refunded.
