The employee we had was brilliant. Knew all the specs and details about the item we were purchasing. Answered all questions flawlessly and helped in any way he could. Brilliant customer service.
The only downside was that he kept offering all these extra services which we knew we didn’t need so politely refused, and it was clear the manager at the store was almost having a go at him down the ear piece getting him to push and push the extra services, to the point where the employee got asked to go see the manager half way through sorting all the paperwork and the employee came back clearly looking uncomfortable, like he was going to get into trouble if he didn’t get the sales on the extra service, so started trying to push them on us again at discounted rates. I almost bought them, not because i needed them but just so the manager wouldn’t give the employee such a hard time. He must have been in his early twenties and he did such a great job with us, there was no need for the pushy manager down the earpiece making him uncomfortable. I felt sorry for him if Im honest. If i refuse a service you cant then pull the employee away midway through the purchase to have a go at him for not selling me the extra services i know i don’t need, when he’s already given top customer service in regards to the sale.
Awful behaviour from the manager and i think he should be sacked.

I am so pleased with this transaction , my old fridge freezer broke on Friday morning , I went on to Currys website and was able to order a new one and it was delivered on the Saturday morning . I was very impressed with everything . I paid extra for installation and to have the old one removed and on Saturday morning two men arrived with the new one and took away the old one

Jacob was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand the technology I needed assistance with and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated his patience and willingness to help. Excellent customer service and a great experience overall.

Corey made my experience nice and easy as he answered all my questions and even tried to help me find a cheaper machine with the same specs! Thankfully we found a great machine at a great price and he even helped me get the machine to my van! Really great service thank you!

Happy with the service didn't wait too long, purchased the phone I wanted. However, I was told had to purchase a socket adapter, got home and found the adapter has nothing to do with the phone. Couldn't be bothered too take it back, otherwise would had given 5 stars.

Great customer service by an assistance called Megan, she understood what I needed and arranged everything, nothing was too much trouble. The delivery guys were great lots of stairs to bring items up and installed everything with no trouble.

I ordered by click and collect, unfortunately I got the wrong item, to which I returned the following day with no problems at all. The service was good and the staff very helpful.
