no fuss, quick at the collection point

Great customer service offered. Told the assistant what i needed showed me some options and prices. When I asked some questions explained simply so there was no confusion.
Because of that experience and knowledge I was able to buy my washing machine on that day. It’s now due for delivery four days later.

I must say, I had the best customer experience at Currys! It wasn’t necessarily because I got the best deal on the market, but because of the outstanding customer service I received.

The staff genuinely know what they’re doing and go the extra mile to help their customers. Their professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help truly make a difference.

Friendly until they take your money, then total abandonment! Avoid Currys!
Do not be fooled by their sales staff. When I went to buy a Hisense 75" TV on finance, the staff couldn't do enough for me—circling around, being overly helpful, and making promises. Fast forward just 5 days later: the TV screen failed/broke. When I returned to the store seeking help and exercising my statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the enthusiasm vanished completely. The staff dodged all responsibility, refused to assist, and blatantly tried to wash their hands of a brand-new defective product They are quick to process your finance agreement, but the moment something goes wrong with a faulty product they sold you, they abandon you. Disgraceful customer service and zero accountability. I am taking this to the Financial Ombudsman and Trading Standards. Save yourself the stress and shop elsewhere!

My experience was good only l am actually a woman not a man like they have mentioned, they where quite friendly too and all went well apart from getting my name wrong.

Bought in currys Aintree from assistant 103 Gillian ,very helpful,polite..Chris & Charlie delivered between time slot on time ,very friendly, it was a large black american fridge freezer, heavy,& the 2 of them brought it in with care..took of packing, put it where I wanted it & fixed the feet to balance it..extremely happy with them as they had a step to get over ,heavy item but managed to provide a 1000% great service, thanks you for being so helpful & nice ,overall happy with product, price & delivery service
