Got a message Sunday stating my printer…
Got a message Sunday stating my printer order was ready for collection however upon arrival to store the staff inform me they saw some ink that had been ordered with the same last name so had accidentally marked it ready for collection, however the order by this point had a member of staff looking for the printer and had marked the order collected.
5 attempts i have contacted customer services, to try and find a way to be informed on how when the printer does get delivered in store i can be told and collect it, 5 TIMES I TELL YOU!

Two deliveries for one M/c
The first machine was damaged,the crew spotted it and were very helpful and understanding no pressure to take it. Removed all packaging and took it with them, took away old machine.
There was no definite time slot so we went to the store.
The store staff were great and arranged the redelivery from stock.
Shame machine was delayed but staff could not have been better.
Next delivery was on a Sunday and we felt the crew were trying to get in and out in time to see the football on the TV or something. My wife had to stop them leaving, we insisted they opened it to check for damage. Also had to slow them down so we could check everything was with the machine, discovered they had taken parts back to the van with packaging. Then had to ask them to remove all the packaging which they left and I went out and put it in the van. Not a comfortable experience and pleased we arranged our own trusted fitter.
The stars are for the store staff and first delivery minus one for the damage, second delivery crew half a star.
