Having chosen tv - quicky served and deal closed with minimum of fuss for pickup from store - 2 days promised was fulfilled. No problems encountered an hisense tv 40 A5stuc was easy to set up.

I was firstly impressed with the advice I received about which of products to buy. However, the original product I purchased was faulty. And I popped up again the same afternoon. There was no quibble- just a genuine desire to get me up and running. They swapped it over with no quibble- now I’m a very happy customer! Good work guys!

I utilised an unspent gift card and found myself browsing the website for an opportunity to redeem it. I settled on a brand new tooth brush and found the product description and reviews helpful.

I also appreciated the recommended products to go along with my purchase that were relative to my purchase and not randomly generated.

Collecting my purchase was also simple as I was kept informed of the progress of my purchase and when it was available for collection I was given clear instructions on how to do this.

I had trouble with my new washing machine.Spoke to a man in curry’s Dunfermline about a replacement or refund he told me I had to get Samsung to ok a replacement or refund I think he was lying.He said it was because I put it in myself.

Honestly the first review I done didn't do much Justice. So my dad was buying a PC desktop for his birthday and my mom's birthday went in the shop. Seen the two that they have on show. Both of them being about 340£ was only making the decision then. So we left the shop and said we will be back in a couple of days. When we did go back into the shop we went straight over to the two computers and the prices had went up by about 70£ now for $450 odd. When we questioned this we got told that they have no control of the prices that comes from the main headquarters. Sounds like a lie. Obviously they want you to pay more because they get more commission on the payment so we left the shop and done what most people would do. Shop online. See the same deal and get it for cheaper but unfortunately we had to do the data transfer so we went in and we were told to come back on the Sunday with the two computers and they would do the data transfer at 45£. If you did not start your new computer up it would be 79£ something. So we went home and waited for the new computer to be delivered. When it was. We were only told by the helpful staff that really isn't very helpful that all we had to do was turn the new computer on and it will be ready for the data transfer to have this done. We were told had you set the new computer up when we said no. We're only told just to turn it on and that's what we've done. You get that look from them like to say well. Obviously you have to set it up on which we turn around and said right. I'll do that right now and they told us we needed to bring the power cables even though they have them in the store. But obviously one person decided to have a look in a box of cables. Only looked at the top two and then said no. We don't have them. I could always see through this clear box and I could see about five or six of the cables that would have worked. So when we come back in the same day on the Sunday to have the data transfer done we was told it would be started on Monday morning and ready for us on Tuesday. Nothing had happened on the Monday. Nothing. really happened on the Tuesday. No phone call went in on the Wednesday and everyone that we had spoken to on the Sunday . All denied saying oh it will be ready for you on the Tuesday. So yeah they are liars the big guy with the beard. Well he even tried to talk my dad. Down This place should really be out of business because all talk like you just know what you're talking about and every product you sell you know everything about but on seeing what had happened on that Sunday I can make judgment for myself and I could understand that none of the staff have a f****** clue what there actually selling

Staff were professional but friendly and helpful. They seemed very knowledgeable about the products and helped us choose our purchases without any pressure.

The staff who dealt with us were courteous and were very helpful. I was impressed with their knowledge about the product. The delivery staff were the same.

Very helpful delivery drivers no problems

Our recent visit to Curry's in Dunfermline was to return a faulty printer in the hope that it could be exchanged for another one.
However, they didn't stock a suitable replacement so we have to wait for one to be ordered.
We were also looking to purchase a microwave which they did have in stock. We were helped through the process by Evelyn who gave us assistance with our purchases. Evelyn was very knowledgeable about what was in stock and helped us through the purchasing process.

Very friendly approach by salesman. No pressure felt just relaxing conversation, he found me what I was looking for. Great service. Will defo return if I ever require electrical devices. Well done.
