Great service

Easy transaction, quick delivery

Have been a loyal customer for years, and have been let down badly, lack of communication and insurance your quick to take the money dut have to wait 28days to get it back. The only good thing was the delivery service the two men were extremely helpful and nice.

Went to get my order, I had 2 order told them I wanted one order and refused the other one they marked both as collected, hand to go through so much hussle, just go to Argos much better

I have emailed 3 times of my Mum experience & no one has acknowledged or got in touch.
She is sitting in a kitchen with a miss match of Washing Machine & Tumble Dryer that looks awful.

Picked a dishwasher online and collected it less than a hour later. Prefect, just had to fit it after that.

Had amazing customer service experience

We bought a JVC Firefly TV which broke down after about two months. Took it back to our local shop and were told they would not be able to do anything and that we had to phone their online services. Did this and the operator talked me through various actions to try and fix the problem, all of which did nothing to help. Eventually we were given a reference number and told to take it to a shop to be sent away for repair. The shop had no record of our tv having been booked in but they finally agreed to take it in for repair. 4 weeks later we were told to come and collect our “repaired” set. It worked for about two weeks before the same fault returned. The phone operator at customer services again talked us through rebooting the set and again it worked for about a month. Since then Curry’s have refused to do anything other than talk me through a factory reset. It’s now at the stage where the tv has to be reset at least every three weeks.
