Ocea Ratcliff was fantastic, in my purchase. I honestly feel I would not have the keys without her hard work. It was a 7+ month process but she was fluid in communication the whole time. Never waited more than an hour for a call or email back.

Finding a good conveyancer is worth it's weight in gold, it will make or break your transaction. Pick a bad solicitor (like our buyer did) and you'll know about it. Luckily we had Shivani.

Our sale threw up multiple complications and travelled at a snail's pace. Through all of it Shivani was always at the end of the phone, always personable and never made us feel like we were bothering her. I don't think I ever called her, and she didn't pick up the phone. Shivani also has the ability to remain human throughout a process which is ultimately very sterile.

In the final weeks she really stepped up, she pushed hard when it mattered, kept us informed and ultimately closed the sale. We completed on time thanks to her persistence and genuine desire to get us a good outcome.

I would not hesitate to use Shivani again for any future conveyancing.

It's been an exciting experience, everything made simple, very honest accommodating and professional in their dealings.

We had a very difficult experience purchasing our new home but having Elizabeth Royle on our side made it a million times easier. She was amazing at communicating and ensuring we were up to date on everything. When we hit difficult situations she was on hand to help and ensure she was doing as much as she could to help and whilst it was a stressful process we cannot fault Elizabeth or CTW at all. Chloe waller was amazing, we had so many problems with selling my dad's property, but Chloe helped me through this my first time selling and l had no idea, and Chloe was great, kept me informed and always rung me back.
