Crytec Power Recensioni

Tool box is up and running, the delivery was to long not the factory fault the delivery company they used took 2 days longer than they said apart from that all good

so far so good. I purchased a wood chipper and petrol rotavator, no issues!

Quality chainsaw and price was unbelievable good company service A1
Recommend to buy from I certainly will.

good quick delivery of compressor and for the money it works very well.

I recently bought this mower and it is incredible value for money and perfect if you have a small lawn and limited space to store it. I agree that the instructions are a little unclear but have to give top marks nevertheless as Jack from Customer service was so helpful in assisting me with assembly (which actually is really easy once he explained a few things). Jack also sent me several videos on how to assemble/ troubleshoot. I'm so pleased with it and my newly mowed lawn!

bought a 4" chipper to do my garden lots of medium sized branches dealt perfectly with them but as it was my first time with the chipper I experienced a few problems initially (my Fault) but a word with your excellent service team resolved them nice to have a human to interact with and a knowledgeable one who could run me through the solutions well done

All very good products and great personal will definitely use again

Very good online company with fast delivery and well packaged item. Not horrendous prices and worth a look.

Had my chipper for well over two years now. Leaving it in a damp tent over winter was a bad idea and had to repair some of the electrics but apart from that it’s still going strong.

Fantastic product bought and great service and delivery.
Will definitely use again

We ordered a gardening trolley which arrived in a battered box and the item itself had patches of rust where it had presumably been poorly stored.

We contacted Crytec advising of the issue and asking what steps we'd need to take to have the item replaced and to date there has been no response.

Great product. Quick delivery

On delivery of the wheelbarrow some parts were missing, but these were quickly delivered. But the wheelbarrow turned out to be made of poor materials, the axle bracket snapped in a few months. We have messaged email and via facebook and no response at all.

Update January 2026: The second pair of axle brackets has broken, and we haven't had the wheelbarrow a year yet. The wheelbarrow is only used for horse poo so it shouldn’t be failing on that weight. The brackets are just a strip of metal bent into shape which likely weakened it to begin with. Other wheelbarrows tend to have an actual tube welded to a bracket, with this wheelbarrow there is no welding or extra strength to them.

Great company yo deal with. They go above and beyond to help.

All good with delivery and set up instructions with diagrams would help. On use found easy to start only used strimmer and brush cut so far all was good but after 30mins use strimmer head broke which caused spring / smaller parts to fly off an yep disappear casing to head broken.

Great customer service {cheers Nathan} Love my garden cordless cutter.. Power is great and the tool is well made.. Looking forward to the next purchase from this company.. Best wishes Mark

Good value neat little tool for quick jobs in the garden. Seems sturdy and uk to the
jobs intended. Even my husband has approved it!

Everything was delivered as expected and in good condition . Would recommend the company to anyone given the services I've received.
