Very stable
I am hosting a webinar at least every second Sunday from September to November and again from January to May.
I have been using Crowdcast for a couple of years, now.
The servers are generally stable, when I use the recording, these are mostly fine (it depends also of the quality of your connection) and there are very interesting functionalities like marking the place where you answer a question so in the replay, people can jump directly to the answer of an asked question.
The price is fair. Definitly cheaper than many other for a better quality of sound, picture and possibilities.
When I started, a couple of years ago, I had a problem once (I don't remember which one exactly). At the end of each webinar, when you stop the sending, you can put a thumb up if it went well or a thumb down if it didn't and write what the problem was.
I did that and a few hours later, I was contacted by support who helped me. Support is fine (but I only needed it once, I must say).
All in all, a very fair webinar set up, works well at a fair price.
Why only 4 stars and not 5? Because I often miss the abilities to move things around on screen, you have only one way to split screen (with a screen share and a camera, for example) and I miss more possibilities to present. And some things have disappeared from version 1 to version 2 like the possibility of participant not seeing how many they are and who they are (it might have gone to an other plan but I don't want to pay extra in version 2 for something that was included in version 1).
Therefore the four stars.
