I purchased a 43" TV from Croma based on the strong recommendation of the in-store sales representative, who assured me of both product quality and prompt after-sales service. Unfortunately, my experience has been completely disappointing.
Within just a month of purchase, the TV started malfunctioning. When I raised a complaint, a technician did visit and diagnosed the issue, stating that the motherboard needs to be replaced. However, since that visit, there has been absolutely no follow-up or progress on resolving the issue.
What is most frustrating is the lack of professionalism and accountability. Despite multiple follow-ups from my side, there has been no clear communication, no timeline, and no resolution. This is completely contrary to what was promised at the time of purchase.
I expected better service and support, especially from a brand like Croma. This experience has been extremely inconvenient and disappointing. I urge the team to take immediate action and resolve this issue at the earliest.

I am facing problem of after sales service in my side by side refrigerator. Now it has been month that I am struggling for resolution of my problem. I have purchased extended warranty for my product from croma only still I am struggling. Don't believe on croma. Very very very poor.
Initially
Initially, a technician came and did some work, but the AC still didn’t function properly. Then, after another complaint, a different technician came and said that the previous work had damaged your PCB. You paid 3,500 rupees to get the PCB repaired. Even after that, the technician said that your AC needed a stabilizer, which you bought for 7,500 rupees. After installing the stabilizer, the problem still persisted, and you were told that there was a gas problem which cost you around 2,000 to 3,000 rupees to fix. Despite spending more than 15,000 rupees in total, the AC still doesn’t cool properly, and you are facing inconvenience. You want to file another complaint. What should you do now? The technician have not given a proper bill also.
Disappointing After-Sales Service from Croma
I had a very disappointing experience with Croma after purchasing an Aquaguard water purifier.
The product is still under warranty, and I scheduled a technician visit through Croma for filter cleaning. However, the technician demanded ₹520 for the service, even though it should be covered under warranty. When I contacted Croma support, they clearly confirmed that no charges were applicable.
Despite this, the technician refused to perform the service without payment. This shows a serious lack of coordination and accountability between Croma and their service partners.
As a customer, it is frustrating to be stuck between conflicting information and denied rightful service under warranty. I expected better professionalism and transparency from a brand like Croma.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing products from Croma unless they improve their after-sales service and ensure proper communication with their technicians.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Croma. The service there is absolutely terrible. The staff does not pay any attention to customers and seems completely uninterested in helping. Instead of being polite or professional, they respond rudely and even argue with customers. This kind of behavior is unacceptable for a retail store. I would not recommend visiting this store at all.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Croma staff is careless, unresponsive, and lacks basic professionalism.
Even after repeated follow-ups, there was no proper response or solution. It seems like once the product is sold, they don’t care about the customer at all.
Very disappointing and frustrating experience. Not recommended at all.

I have been a long time customer of Croma and used to buy mobiles, TVs and Ac from them. From 4th April, I have been calling their customer care every single day. Everyday, they inform me that they cannot find my appliance. Everyday I share the details and my address. They raise s complaint number. In a few hours they close the complaint as resolved. Completely bogus setup for service.

I purchased one 1 ton split AC from Croma in Sinhagad Road, Pune on 26 th March 2026. Though it was promised that it will be installed within 48 hrs of delivery ( delivery date 28 March), it was not done till 07 April.
I called up croma store representative, everytime he assued, thereafter someone called and informed that for installation, the Techintian will contact, thereafter I receive email that " your service request has been cancelled ". On being asked, he said that "you did not receive our call" which is a blatant lie.
It is highly unexpected from a store from Tata gr company.

I have purchased croma water dispensers 3 PC . One water dispensers hot water issue . I complaint call center every day until now visit also service man and didn't get any update issues.

Very Very poor, they raise ticket for installation after a week time and repeated calls, faulty product delivered and replacement done but before replacement they offer gift cards to no replacement and to keep faulty product. Response on call after many many calls, behavior on call is not good.

Terrible customer service from Croma! Registered a service for my washing machine, but no call from the service person. Tried calling Thrissur showroom 25 times and customer care 12 times (some calls weren't attended). Multiple assurances with timelines, but nothing happened. Bought from Croma, warranty by Croma, but disappointed since 18th-26th March. No bill for service charge either.
No responsible person in call center, no escalation path.
Request: Please develop your system. My washing machine issue is causing trouble at home. Even waiting for their call
