Well I have not had a chance to apply for your services I can’t get past the info page it will not except my address after typing it down in different ways ‘short cuts ,full address ,and different spellings ,in case your generated information form ,has not come across my street or apartment before ,but I dought it, it’s very clinical and a waste of my resources trying to weave my way around the information application right? Or is it … as he sighs and begins to mad think his next move ,how to circumnavigate the application to provide his info much needed in the loan process here’s to being imaginative trying to receive service ok I’m going in ..

What on earth are people thinking? My sister, a senior on a fixed income, somehow got entangled with this scamming company. I have counted 19 charges of $20 back to Nov 25 and she does not recall visiting this website, let alone providing her bank info OR ever receiving ANY financial advice from these people.
Due to several bank problems, I have gotten involved trying to reconcile charges. When I called 1-833-427-1562, I spoke to Earl, who could not provide any information … ANY!!! All I wanted to know was when this $20/wk scam started, because any company I have ever dealt with would have some customer records and also, did their records show any help provided EVER!!! Earl told me that the only info they had is name and email address … don’t forget Earl, you have banking info too!
I asked to speak to a manager, was put on hold several times, then asked if Christine, the manager could call me back … that was 3:30 Thursday June 11/26 and it is now 11:00 am Friday June 12/26 … I have been calling for the last hour and get busy signal!
Earl assured me yesterday that he has cancelled my sisters ridiculous account, and they would not be scamming her for that insane $20/wk or $80/wk … who can afford this for any service, let alone for absolutely NO SERVICE!!!
Since Christine does not seem interested in talking to me, I have no choice but to escalate this to someone that will listen, and will provide a service to us!!!!
Finally, I loved how Earl was so pompously determined to lay full blame on the people that signed up on their website … ‘Credit Resourses’ has ZERO liability because their customers are well, STUPID!!!!
Please make sure account for Karen Jansen is cancelled immediately and we will be seeking reversal of several months of these $20/wk charges. It would be so helpful if Credit Resourses would provide details of when this whole relationship began
