I checked online with Credit Direct on a Friday, and Mr. Packman called me within a couple of hours. He was very helpful and understanding. The same late afternoon, he emailed me a couple of loan options to review. I applied to the one with which I felt comfortable the same evening. I was notified on Monday morning that my application had been approved and a deposit for the loan was made Monday afternoon. The interest rate was not much higher than what I was already paying on my credit cards. I was having difficulty getting a personal loan to consolidate my credit card balances because my income to credit ratio was too low. This solution worked for me and now, I have extra income for emergencies.

This people are scammers. They sent you a notice on the mail that you are approved for a loan when you call they tell you you were not approved and try to consolidate your debts.

I was quite pleased with the prompt service I received as well as with the representative that I worked with: Dan Rosenfeld. He took time to respond and answer several questions that I had about the entire process. I thought it was going to take "several days" before I received a follow-up call...but I received a call back on the very same day I applied!

Very deceptive offer, said it was an offer based on credit in the last 30 days, which nothing had changed with my credit during that time, but the offer was much lower and at a very high interest rate, higher than the debt I was wanting to pay off. Just stay away!!!

I contacted Credit Lending through their toll free 800 number from a pre-qualified offer that I had received in the mail. My telephone call was re-routed to Senior Loan Specialist Andre Anderson of Best Egg. From Mr. Anderson’s first words ‘how can I help you’ I felt a sense of calm. I desperately needed a loan but was apprehensive whether I would qualify for one. I didn’t want to over request for fear that I might be denied so I requested a lesser amount ($1,500) than I actually needed knowing that something would be better than nothing. Mr. Anderson took my application over the phone while discussing my needs, after a short period of time he advised me that I could be granted $10,000 which would be more in line with what I needed for Medical and Dental reasons (I have very good medical insurance and adequate dental insurance for routine needs). Mr. Anderson explained that I needed to upload proof of income and that the Underwriters would then do a review. At this point Mr. Anderson said that he wanted to go over some other options that were available to me regarding debt consolidation. We discussed the options. Mr. Anderson advised me that I didn’t need to make a decision at that time, that he wanted to provide that information for future reference.
During the approximately 30 minute telephone call Mr. Anderson was extremely professional, courteous and empathetic to my needs. He knew that I was anxious about being approved. During our conversation he was able to convey to me that I had been approved but the Underwriter had to verify my income. I on the other hand having gone through similar applications with different companies and having been told that I was awarded but then later denying the loan made me apprehensive. Mr. Anderson assured me that if the Underwriters denied the recommended $10,000 amount that he would work with me to try to secure a lesser amount. He advised that I should receive a response probably around August 8, 2023. I did receive the funds.
I want Best Egg to know that Mr. Anderson did not give the standard customer service to a client in order to ‘close the deal’. Nope, he went above and beyond what I would calculate as acceptable customer service. His mission was to help me secure a loan but in doing so he made me feel that I mattered. On a personal note having worked for the Social Security Administration for over 40 years, I know what customer service is all about. It is important to me that as his employer that you know that Mr. Anderson is an outstanding employee and an asset to your company.
Please convey to Mr. Anderson that I truly appreciated his assistance.
