Thank you for your kind review! We’re delighted you found our prices fair and your order arrived quickly. We work hard to keep both on track, so it’s great to hear it paid off.
We hope to see you again soon!
Poor customer service
I accidentally had my last address as the delivery address. Once I realized this I tried calling, left several voice messages and emails. When I finally got hold of them it had already shipped via Fedex and when I talked to them they said the seller had to contact them to change the address. I finally spoke with someone at Creative Irish Gifts and explained everything. The rep said they would contact Fedex and would get back with me ASAP. I did not hear back. I tracked the package and it was being delivered to my old place the next day. Luckily I spoke to an old neighbor and she was able to get the package for me. We drove almost 4 hours and picked it up. I finally got an email from Irish Gifts the morning after it was out for delivery and they said it will go back to the company and they would send it to my current address. I emailed them back and said I got the package. I also said due to their poor customer service I would never buy from them again. They said oh sorry for what happened and blamed Fedex. Said they contacted them but that was 2 days after i spoke with them and they did not get back with me, as they said they would. The items were beautiful as everything I have bought from them. My family had been customers of them for over 15 years. I love their stuff but the customer service is very lacking.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We deeply regret the stress and inconvenience caused by the communication delay regarding your delivery address change, especially considering your family's loyal support over the last fifteen years. It is clear that our response time fell short of the standard you expected, forcing you to travel a long distance to retrieve your items. We appreciate your kind words about the quality of our products, but we recognize that exceptional items must be paired with reliable support. To address these concerns, we are currently reviewing our internal communication procedures and our coordination process with delivery carriers to ensure address modification requests are handled much more swiftly in the future. We are also working to improve our follow-up protocols so that our customers are kept fully informed every step of the way. Your experience highlights key areas where our service needs enhancement, and we are committed to making the necessary operational adjustments to prevent similar delays from occurring again.

Great company, shipping mishap
Hated to give only a three star, but there was a mishap on delivery. My package was billed to me and shipped to a person who I did not know. Customer service was very prompt on reaching out to the person it was sent in error, and arranging for shipment to me. The shipping to me process took longer than expected. The package did finally arrive and contents were not damaged. All in all, products are good quality and customer service is top notch.

Great items!
They have wonderful products at reasonable prices.
They are out-of-stock of some items that I would’ve purchased, but I suppose that is because they are well-liked items. I do hope they get more of the wool mittens back - in small and medium children sizes.
It was fun to peruse their site. I will be looking for Christmas gifts here soon.
They were easy to work with, and I received my order quickly.
