Waited over an hour for an order that was supposed to take 35 minutes, got late so rang delivery driver only to find out he is lost and doesn’t know where he is going. Later on our order got cancelled, Very poor service.

Creams Reading awful service they intentionally took 3x the amount of our order from my card , claiming to have poor English. Fight to get the money back ! Customer service ignored my complaint

So so good would deffo recommend

Went into Telford branch. Several tatty, well-thumbed menus on counter - didn't want to touch them as they looked disgusting. Waited a few minutes before acknowledged by 1 of several staff, just as we were about to walk out. Asked for vegan menu (as dairy free). Staff member asked colleague to take over.
Was told to use QR code. Said i couldn't do that. He scanned with his phone. Instead of a vegan menu, it was a list of all foods and their allergens. Too small to read comfortably. Had intended to sit at table and peruse menu at leisure. As there was no separate vegan menu, I could not. Suggested staff member advise manager vegan menus would be useful, as would new menus to replace disgusting ones on counter. We left.

The manager with the beard was so rude… I’ve been waiting so long to take my daughter and was so disappointed!! Very rude man which don’t reflect well on the rest of your team

Delivered liquid that was supposed to be icecream 2 hours late not even all there paid for extras and they were not there when you call the store they either don't answer or are rude and abusive they stated that they would replace then said they would not . lies and rudeness are not acceptable in any way if I could give less stars I would I can only suggest to avoid this company as I will be doing in the future. I have never seen or dealt with a more unpleasant company

Went to the Telford shop, was asked to wait for 30 minutes to be served. Lots of staff most doing nothing. Seemed to be prioritising online orders rather than the shop. Decided to leave than wait 30 minutes for a dessert. Worst service ever.

Very bad experience girls just sitting there at this point just change the job 1 boy on the floor with five girls customers always right

Popped into the Bexleyheath branch for a strawberry pavlova puff. Staff member didn't know what it was even though there is a poster for it in the window. Colleague assembled it. Meringue hard and tasting very eggs. Nice ripe sliced strawberries. Ice cream very nice. Comes out of a Mr Whippy type machine. Staff all miserable.

Absolutely shocking service, I waited over 1 hour for a few ice creames along with a coffee that took 45 mins and there reason was they couldn’t remember it being ordered!! Staff are rude I had to locate the menu myself and the tables was covered in sticky dirt…. The staff are unaware of what they have on the menu and had to check they had ingredients… definitely won’t be taking my children here again

The service is terrible. We got served cold waffles with no cutlery. When we asked for cutlery the member of staff just threw two wooden spoons and forks on the table. We asked for knives we were given one dirty knife.
Staff needs to be trained with customer service manners.

£10 for ice cream with one small chocolate on top is a rip off.

portion was very small, cookie dough was warmed and not even a bit cooked. i understand that cookie dough is supposed to be gooey and quite undercooked but this was wet and lukewarm

Sadly gone so far downhill. I went into the Finsbury Park branch, which never really been that great.Not only could the place do with a refurb but they could also look at not changing the menu(for the worst)every week. The cookie dough used to be our favourite but it seems they no longer give you whole oreo cookies and it’s all very sparse and you now have to pay EXTRA for the soft serve which used to come with the dish. Speaking of dishes our last order of cookie dough wasn’t baked in the usual oval deeper dish but was given on a flat square plate and it was so much less than we usually get. And the prices have been raised yet again and you get less? It’s clear judging from the other reviews this company really do not care at all.

This is the best desert place possible, me and my friends decided to go to creams and as it was my friends birthday we sang happy birthday. The manger then came up and gave us a free birthday cake with a candle on it. Great service free ice water 10/10
