I called the Peckham store over 23 times. I ordered through just eat and saw that the order was suddenly for collection. The last thing I ordered was for delivery and my app is always on delivery. So I was surprised when I saw that I had to collect at 9pm . I called the store hoping they could cancel but no one answered. I called multiple times and it rang no stop. Now I’m seeing the order was collected.

The staff took their time. They were working so slow it took 35 minutes just to get some I’ve cream and the shop wasn’t even busy

Idiotic manager with a complex!

Makes assumptions and doesn’t hear out his customer.

Review for Creams in Epsom

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This branch is a complete rip-off compared to Creams in Kingston. I ordered two Nutella crêpes, which I always get in Kingston, and there’s a huge difference. In Kingston they’re generously filled with Nutella inside — here in Epsom, there was nothing inside at all, just a drizzle on top. When I asked why, I was told “that’s how it’s done.” So basically you’re paying £5.95 for a plain dry crêpe with a streak of Nutella.

I also asked for the whipped cream to be served in a pot, because otherwise it melts and leaks all over the crêpe, making it a soggy mess. Instead, they still dumped the cream on the plate with no pot — very sloppy and unappetising. Kingston always does it properly, so this was frustrating.

The crêpes themselves were dry, overcooked, and tasted like they’d been reheated rather than freshly made. They came out far too quickly to have been cooked on the spot, especially since it was a weekday, the shop was quiet, and we were the only two customers.

We love Creams in Kingston and thought the quality would be the same elsewhere — big mistake. The difference in service and product is so huge that I won’t ever make the mistake of visiting another branch again.

I went with my friends to the hemel creams & my friend went up to order & took a bottle of water from the fridge and placed in on the counter directly in front of the lady serving. The lady was unbelievably rude. wouldn’t look at us when she was speaking and simply just said the words yes and no. As we were half way through eating our desserts, 3 members of staff came storming over to the table with pure aggression and accused my friend of stealing the water. We explained that she put the water in front of the lady serving her and even pointed at it. They told us we were lying and continued to tell us we hadn’t paid for it. They all stormed off to look through their tills all whilst talking and pointing over at us. Not only is the embarrassing in front of a restaurant full of people but, it was dealt with extremely unprofessionally. I will certainly not be returning.

i went with my friends in hemel hempstead creams and went up to the counter and i had a bottle of water in hand in which i placed on the counter and told the lady what i wanted to order. i payed and then went back to the table waiting for my food. our food came over and the lady rudely and aggressively said have you paid for the water you’ve got there i said i think so i put it on the counter so i assumed i did as i put it on the counter and they let me walk to the table with it. i don’t appreciate being spoken like that and dont want to be associated as a theif. i have been coming here for years i certainly won’t be returning again.

very racist and unfriendly. if you are black they treat you bad, if you are white they will treat you nice yet they are indians or whateever Asian. they should stop that

At the Hemel hempstead store with family. Amazing customer service from Nehal and the deserts are amazing. Will be 100 percent coming back

I asked for a medium soft serve ice cream cone to go at the counter. There was no menu in sight. I didn’t hear the price when I received the cone and I paid by card. It was only when I got home and saw withdrawals that I realised I had been charged £6-20!!! Just plain ice cream from the machine, no toppings, nothing. What a rip off. Never going back.

Creams Cafe, Canterbury extremely poor customer service. Cashier lady needs to attend customer service training or even better stay in the back or pack shelves in the stockroom. Front of house dealing with customers is definitely not your forte”.

Opened my take away order to find what looked like baby cockroaches jumping around in the bottom as well as some dead squashed ones they were very small but visible
I feel absolutely sick and the fact I opened that bag in my home worries me, everything has been documented head office needs to step in immediately.

Very disappointed with Creams. I really wanted to visit Creams and found out that there was one in Finsbury near the station. But to my dismay it was no go 😭 because it was not wheelchair friendly 😞 Creams can you please get a ramp fitted so that people like myself can gain access to your establishment?

I visited Creams in King’s Cross, and every time I go, Symun always greets me with a big smile. He’s genuinely a great guy and always brings positive energy to the place. Top service!

Waited around 30mins for a chocolate brownie. It was then cold after i asked for it to be warm. The waiter then charged me a tip without notifying me on the card machine. Shocking!

Very lovely food and great service. Soliman the manager, i don’t know the guy but he was incredibly kind and helpful and super polite.

Charged £7.95 for a milkshake. No prices on show. Head office haven’t returned my emails querying this amount. Different outlets charge different prices. Have not returned for this reason.

Really loved the Dubai strawberry’s cup first to get it in Kilburn creams cafe highly recommended me and my friend loved it!!

Southgate Branch

Came here with the family to celebrate daughter’s birthday. The service was excellent! Staff so friendly and helpful. Our ice creams and waffles were delicious. Would highly recommend and visit again.

Eastbourne branch. Items missing, food cold, disgusting food nothing like the pictures on the website dont be mislead. Complained in person but told to take it up with Just Eat - regardless of creams themselves not preparing the food as described. Told that Just Eat were taking orders to far and therefore the hotness of food was effected. It was stone cold.

So the person (male) serving behind counter at this branch is a CHEAT! The other person (female) is an accomplice too, as she didn’t correct him either when he put extra charges!

Yes, you read that right - an ice cream parlour / dessert shop tried to cheat me for a soft-serve!! I mean it feels so sad to even write this - an ice cream shop is supposed to sell smiles and happiness and instead today it upset me.

I have till now never put a review bashing any staff, but this person has tried to cheat us by trying to charge twice the amount for 1 soft serve.

So, in the past two days as the temperatures went high, my partner and I visited the branch and from this very same person - purchased 2 soft-serve in large cone for £1.75/- (£1 for ice cream and £0.75 for large cone while they said £0.50 for small cone) the photos have the purchase details £1.75 x 2 = £3.50/- .

But today evening, I went and requested again the same person and they charged me £2.75/- for the large cone. (£2/- for ice cream and £0.75 for the cone)

I tried to even remind him that both my partner and I have visited in the past two days and have purchased this same just yesterday but he point blank refused and said “it must have been an error!”
Error - twice?!?! Excuse me - what BS!

And what he did next was really shocking - he said for £1.75/- he would fill the ice cream but only half - I mean see it is not about paying £1 extra for ice cream - i am a consumer of ice cream tubs worth £6 as well but this was about ethics of charging customers the correct price what has been set! This is clearly bluffing the customer with whatever they feel like charging.

And on top of that he was so arrogant - he is shouting at me saying you want it or not.. and when I asked him to charge correctly he said just go away he won’t serve the ice cream to me.

I tried asking his name and he refused to give it and when asked to call the manager he said he was the manager!

I mean is this what is expected from a chain like CREAMS? I have adored and been to this brand for several years…. But this experience has shocked me and if this how their managers work then I forbid to eat here anymore!

I am looking to reach out to consumer protection and escalate this because this is unjustified way of treating customers!
