Scammed and reported
They wouldn't refund me for a feature they allowed to be customized on their site, never followed up after my order and when I contacted them 3 days later (AFTER the cancellation period) they sent a warning that full rgb customization harms the sign so I said fine remove it and they tried to refund me HALF of what the rgb feature cost me, I went to their site and created the exact same sign without the feature and it was $92 less, they tried to refund me $50. So I disputed the charge and reported to the FTC. They disputed the dispute and said the purchase is valid and guess, what, I never got a sign. Ha! I will get my money back in the long run but not before I do my due diligence on all available resources. This is where lawsuits are born becaue $321 is not chump change.

Dishonest and expensive
Three times the price of other vendors and doesn’t honor lowest price guarantee. Represents as a US company but based out of India. Pressured into purchasing quickly, the agent ignored my needed delivery window and shipped early before possible to receive the order. I have to pay to stop the shipping. Go somewhere else asap!
They added a note that they gave me $200 off but are neglecting to say it’s because they wouldn’t actually honor their best price match claim written all over their site.

After reviewing the email correspondence between you and our team—from your initial inquiry on May 12 through to the placement of your order—we noted that you mentioned an event scheduled for June 4 and expressed a need to receive the signs beforehand. You inquired about our production and shipping timelines, and our team provided the necessary details. Following this, you requested a payment link to proceed with the order.
Up to that point, there was no indication that the delivery location would be unable to receive the package before a specific date or that we should delay shipment to match up to this requirement. At checkout, you opted for “Priority Shipping,” which clearly states a transit window of 3–5 business days. This shipping option implies urgency, which prompted us to prioritize both production and dispatch—actions typically appreciated by customers seeking expedited service.
The concerns raised regarding the quick turnaround are, in fact, aspects many of our customers highly value—prompt production and fast delivery.
Regarding your comments on pricing compared to other vendors, we strive to offer competitive rates while maintaining high-quality standards. Our signs are hand crafted and we use UL-listed components, including wires, power supplies or power adapters, LEDs, and other electrical elements. If the company you’re comparing us with offers products of similar quality, we are more than willing to adjust our pricing, even at a loss, to ensure customer satisfaction. While the competing quote you shared after placing your order did not specify such product details, we still extended a $150 refund, along with an additional $50 refund for Priority Shipping, per your request, as the product was shipped out earlier than needed.
We assume you reached out to multiple vendors around the same time, but we believe our team responded more swiftly—providing mock-ups and a quote promptly, which likely influenced your decision to proceed with us. Again, showcasing our service levels and commitment towards our customers.
We are a U.S.-registered company and comply with all applicable tax obligations within the country. Our manufacturing operations are based in India and USA.
We hope this helps clarify our position. As customer satisfaction is our top priority, we are happy to proceed with the previously offered $200 refund to cover the price difference and priority shipping.

Completely wrong color
They got the color wrong after a few emails back and forth and what upsets me most is their refusal to take accountability. They just passive aggressively refer to small print somewhere on their site saying colors may vary. I specifically asked for yellow and they sent Orange. That’s not a little varying it’s a completely different color.

HORRIBLE QUALITY PRODUCT
This company has its neon sign products made in India at low cost and incredible low production quality/value; you will find this out when you track your order on FedEx...
I have seen Open neon signs for less than $50 that are made with higher design/craft standards. Not sure why the company posts fancy images of high-end neon signs with acrylic glass-like coverings over its letters because what arrived by mail is very far from that and of low nature compared to the web images that the company advertises online. I expressed this to customer service and got nowhere. Neither the original or discounted price for the neon sign was fair for what I received by mail.
Please call/investigate before ordering to make sure your neon company manufactures their products in USA. That way you actually end up paying for a sign that equates to a quality of work of what you pay in price.
I paid way too much for this sign and the quality/craft/condition was not worth what I was charged. Clear ripoff.

AMAZING sign, great service, highly recommend!
AMAZING sign! They did a great job matching the design, and translating the design into neon. It's beautiful, and we LOVE it. Very pleased with both the design process, their customer service, their production times, and the quality of the result. Great service, and highly recommend!
The only piece that was unexpected is that the transformer makes a bit of a buzzing sound when it's cycling through the colors. There's no sound when it's paused on a single color, just when it's rotating through colors. Thankfully we don't need the cycling feature, but just a note if someone does need that feature and it's in a small space you might notice the buzzing.

Will 1000% be using them again
So thankful I made the decision to go with Crazy Neon for my dad’s birthday present. I submitted a request to the team for a sign of a logo and they responded by the next day with mock ups that were exactly as I requested. The turn around and delivery time were so quick as well. The sign turned out better than I could’ve imagined. It was absolutely perfect and my dad couldn’t have been happier. I will 1000% be using them again

Poor quality, materials and workmanship
Purchased the neon sign for the outdoors and it should’ve come with proper water proofing and good quality materials. The water seals were broken, the cable materials was very poor quality and the colors were different from the light to the controller (white) and from the controller to the power supply (black). Disappointed with the workmanship and overall quality.

Regarding the wires, we use a transparent wire that is UL approved for our signs. This wire blends well with the sign's background when hung or mounted, ensuring aesthetic harmony. The black wire from the power supply to the power outlet is an industry-standard wire.
Hope the above will help in resolving your concern around the wires and we look forward for connecting to resolve the quality concerns as well.
Awesome Value and Easy Process
Great process and their product is solid quality. I bought a custom neon from them prior to this Christmas. Got it a few weeks later and it's been a solid purchase.

Pleased Overall
Size was just right, and the remote control is a nice accessory with several light modes available. Would have given 5 stars but the stand feet aren't very secure and it would be nice to have a slow fade in/out mode. Overall, love the sign!

My experience was great
My experience was great. I couldn't believe how fast they processed the order. It was nice to be able to track the shipping and it even arrived a day earlier than predicted. The product arrived in great condition and looked exactly as expected.
