Friendly and very professional service from start to finish. Great advice on planning our move on initial contact and then great support right up to our move day. The lads on our removal day never stopped and buy us at ease and just made the whole removal day stress free. Thank you!

Moving house is supposed to be one of the most stressful things you do. But not when Craig and his team are looking after you.

We took the packing service, I joked with Craig that I’d pop out for breakfast and come back and it would all be done…that’s exactly what happened.

Then the day after, his removal team arrived and packed the vans up (4 very large, immaculate vans), not just with the boxes but they dismantled all the furniture and took down all the electrical items. Then, at the other side, meticulously loaded everything into their new home. Taking great care an attention with everything they handled. We also had an issue with small doors not fitting things through but they worked at it, called in reinforcements and preserved.

Words cannot even express how much they made our lives easier this week. We had 3 kids, all happily in their rooms last night with little disruption - that’s worth every, single penny.

Craig Atkinson was not my obvious choice as they were based well away from my area but I followed up their flyer and was impressed by the excellent reviews. Their quotation was very competitive with others I received and I felt confident in the company when I met their rep who assessed the job, which was to "pack and move" from Cheshire to Yorkshire. Good information was supplied ahead of the day and reminder emails about the dates and times they would arrive were confidence-building. The packing team arrived on time and worked quietly and efficiently. Likewise the removal team. Everyone was friendly and considerate. The result, a low-stress move, no losses and no breakages (including some very fragile ceramics). A good experience and a company I have already recommended to two friends.

The removals team of three did a marvellous job, as I was moving on my own. They turned up on time, and was a pleasure to deal with. They took care of all my needs and nothing was too much trouble. House moving is a stressful time, but the CAR team reduced the whole process to a manageable level…a highly recommended company for all your removal requirements!

Excellent service from Craig, Jodie and their team. They safely packed and stored our belongings for us for over 12M and then delivered them all to us when our new house was ready. Nothing was too much trouble - even when having to disassemble, move and reassemble an incredibly heavy dining table. They were very efficient and pleasant and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Thank you all.

Amazing work by the team at Craig Atkinson Removals! We had our house move recently from Manchester to Cumbria and the team worked tirelessly to pack and unpack (including dismantling and reassembling a few items). Craig, Paul and Corey were excellent and I'd recommend the company to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy removal firm.

First of all I would like to say a big thank you from the bottom of my heart to Craig & Mark. They moved me from my old home to my new one. What an amazing removals company, they arrived early (bonus) got straight to it, no messing about extremely professional and such kind, genuine and friendly chaps.

Craig Atkinson removals is a must. From the first contact I had things when smoothly, Jodie was lovely too. They offer a wide range of services and nothing is too much trouble.

The price was good and worth every penny.

The removal team were lovely and so, so hardworking. Their friendliness and willingness to make sure everything was put in the right place, made an emotional day with all its stresses and strains, a really positive day. They were short staffed and so brought in two young men from another removal company and they were well picked by Craig, because they too were absolutely stellar. We were told the move was going to be over two days but then at the last minute, were told it was going to be on the moving date, which threw us into a bit of a tizzy as we had run out of boxes and were going to use theirs. We did manage to get some more. We had a hut full of bee farming equipment with some very heavy equipment. They moved that for us and just got on with it. The one day move meant we didn’t leave our old house until 2.30pm which is an hour and half past the time … not that it matters to be honest. I would say just make sure that the ‘window’ they give you is confirmed three to four days before hand, when planning your packing. It’s probably best to assume you might have to have everything ready for the day if you can. The team were so accommodating and helpful though and it was a smooth journey on a very hot day! Thanks you to Craig and the team.

Was really impressed with the way Craig Atkinson Removals handled my moving home. They were efficient at getting a quote to me, understanding when moving dates had to be changed, great at keeping me informed and absolutely fantastic on removal day. Everything was meticulously packed so all items arrived safe and sound. The lads also had to dismantle and rebuild a very heavy painted wardrobe and take furniture up a narrow staircase. I was expecting some chips to the paintwork but no everything was left in immaculate condition. Cannot recommended them more highly.

Our move was drawn out affair with constantly changing removal dates. Fortunately I had taken insurance out to protect our move as suggested by Craig. Throughout the process Jodie showed great patience and humour with our fluctuating dates. We took advantage of their packing service which was done efficiently. The actual move went smoothly with the guys working very hard during a hot day. Overall very happy but I don't want to move again in a hurry!

Really Impressed by how these guys dealt with changes, an unexpected 9 months delay between moving out and moving in and then a long drive for the final delivery. Best thing about Craig Atkinson Removals is you get to deal with the owners who are on hand to smooth things along. Thanks for completing our move. Special thanks for looking after the white canvas paintings through 9 months of storage and delivered back safely to us. Would definitely use you again and recommend to anyone that asks.
