I highly recommend The CPD Standards Office to anyone who supports educational courses to assist in personal and professional development. They are an outstanding organisation with staff who enthuse in their care and support of their clients. I have received outstanding customer care, advice and guidance from Rachael Ward for several years now.

After I received no positive response from Elearning college support team since the 16th of May 2024, I contacted the CPD standards office for assistance on 26 June 2024 in relation to the authenticity and accreditation status of the course and certificate. Mr Aref Alabed, the region manager was extremely helpful, he verified and confirmed that indeed the certificate and course was accredited and valid. I am happy with the response.

I've been accredited by CPDSO since 2018 and their attention to detail, support, and efficiency keeps me as a customer.

Amy's knowledge, patience and professionalism has been instrumental in our decision to come on board with the CPD Standards Office.
She has made the onboarding journey really informative and reassuring plus has remained in contact to keep us updated at every stage.

The credibility of our CPD Events under the VetswithHorsepower banner depends heavily on the quality of our presentations and it is good to be measured independently. From day one I felt i was in safe hands.

Through the onboarding process, the communication was really good - if I had a query it was answered quickly.

Getting accredited does take a while - but then, maybe good things come to those who wait.

This company has ripped me off out of over £3000

When I rang this company I wanted to qualify to teach and give qualifications and accreditations.

The lady in the beginning said yes that’s not a problem. This is the fee and you will be able to offer qualifications and accreditations.

Only 2 years down the line after paying there fees did they highlight to me that it was only accreditations.

The fact I wanted to teach to give qualifications was not in fact what they offer and has never offered.

Their selling team gave me false information and took my money for something which was promised when in fact was not the case.

The company has been in touch and said they will offer be half reduction if I stay with them on next years fees but no refund for something which they have sold falsely over the phone. I actually spoke to one of the CEO and Co founders of the company and she was no help AT ALL. Point blank refused to offer any kind of refund because ‘ that’s their policy’. Does not care about their customers one little bit and was only interested in telling me sorry for the ‘confusion’

Disgusting company taking a small business money and not providing what they said over the phone and only highlighted after paying 2 years of fees.

I had my first meeting with Andrew Scarle, oh the guy can explain well, and i really understood everything i wanted to know about Accreditation.

I have been working with Andrew from CPD for quite a while and it's always a positive and informative interaction. Very excited to finally be working with CPD this year and to be getting an accreditation that will set our company above the rest!

Rachel is very friendly and is approachable. The team are encouraging and they make you accountable for your submissions and are thorough plus they are willing to help you at every turn.

what a great way to start with the CPD. Rachael explained everything and I am happy to know that I have support and not alone.

The whole experience from information gathering to finally achieving accreditation was just a breeze. Both Sarah Fox and Annie from the Assessment Team were wonderful, quick to respond and not pushy at all. We will definitely reach out to them again to accredit any other courses we might have :-)

The decision to get CPD accredited was likely the best move made for the business.

The courses have received more credibility, making it easier to acquire learning subsidies/funding for learners to tap on.
