Don’t buy anything from them. Their shoes very poor made with PV material not like what their description . It is scammers . And no customer service.

Square Buckle Velvet Flats in Camel- I had such a great experience with this purchase. I initially ordered the wrong size because the shoes are listed in European sizing, which I didn’t realize at first. When I reached out to customer service, they were incredibly responsive and helpful. They took the time to make sure I fully understood the sizing conversion and, more importantly, genuinely cared about making sure I received the correct pair before even focusing on the exchange process.

I think it was resolved with an excellent experience. i’m waiting for the exchanged shoes. I’ll give it 1 to 2 weeks to see if they ever show up.

They said they would exchange the ones I wanted to return. I will update and let you know if I ever receive the exchange..

Returns are very difficult since they don't send you a return label like other companies do, and then deduct the fee from the return, they don’t do that.
I had to pay for the return, and when I went to the post office, it would’ve cost me $25.00 to ship back.
I didn’t realize it wasn’t clearly stated on the website that they don’t help with returns and don't offer return labels.
Also, the “leather microfiber” description is wrong no leather!
. I didn’t realize that meant plastic.
However, they were incredibly accommodating in conducting exchanges at no cost. I decided to do an exchange. They were gracious and helpful, offered an exchange for a different style of shoe, and said they would send me the new pair. And they said I didn't have to ship back the other shoes; I could donate the ones I wanted to return instead, which was so very kind.

I had a great experience with my flats from C. Paravano. They arrived quickly, and customer service was very responsive and helpful throughout the process. The shoes themselves are beautiful—very classy and easy to dress up or down. Since they’re flats, I added an insole for extra arch support, and that made them perfect for all-day wear. This was my first time ordering from C.Paravano. I ordered a pair of size 38 shoes. The order came promptly, but I felt size 38 fits a little loose when I tried them on. I then requested C. Paravano to exchange the size 38 pair with size 37.5. They replied promptly and told me that they will send size 37.5 in a few days and that I could keep the size 38 shoes for my convenience by not having to return it. I was impressed by their level of customer service and the product itself. Overall, it was a very positive experience!

The level of intentional customer satisfaction efforts is off the charts. I can't recall any retailer EVER going to the lengths C. Paravano did to make sure that my outcome was 100% to my liking. Over a period of 3 days, this company went above and beyond to make sure that I got the shoes in the colors that I wanted, in the size that I needed. BRAVO!!!!!

I ordered two pairs of shoes. One fit very well, one did not. I contacted the company for an exchange. They quickly responded and sent the new size but said I could keep the original! No need to return. The new size fit perfectly. A great company with beautiful shoes.

More importantly, I was disappointed with the quality of the shoes upon their arrival. The materials did not appear to be leather, as I had expected based on your product descriptions. This was especially concerning since the shoes are marketed as an Italian brand, yet the labels indicate they were made in China.

Given these discrepancies, I would appreciate some clarification regarding the materials used in your shoes, as well as the reasoning behind the shipping charges. I look forward to your response and hope we can resolve these concerns.
