Amazing customer service
After I had accidentlly purchased the wrong mask (that couldnt be returned due to hygiene reasons), the CPAP Sales team were extremely helpful and swiftly organised the shipment of the correct mask with a complimentary discount and free shipping. I'm very thankful for their genorosity given I was at fault for the incorrect purchase. Will definitely be using them again!

It’s hard to track your goods when you…don’t have the right tools.
It’s hard to track your goods when you have to go through a app called “Shop” The goods I purchased cost $15.00 and then you slap a $20 delivery fee and I’m still waiting for my order, which was placed on the 01 April . I think that the goods will probably come from China? Would I buy from this company again? I think not.😖
