I was told one size fits all but in my case I couldn't make it small enough. I asked to send it back for a refund but was told I can only exchange it.well I dont want anything else.

Online customer service was pathetic. What's the point of having a customer service email and it takes over a week for someone to get back to you.
One pays for express postage that should take only 2 to 3 working days item didn't arrive for over 7 working days, try to contact you no word.

I found Customer Servicerep Rob Saywer to be extremey helpful in resolving the issues I had with my Air Mini.

I needed quite a few filters for my mask due to living in front of Sugar Cane paddocks during the harvest. I get bad allergies every year but the happy side effect to having to get a CPAP machine is that the filter has made the allergies almost non-existent this year. I use a fresh one every week. I ordered 24 at once and they came within a few days! Thank you for your help on both accounts!

From ordering to delivery took a lot of time, well over a month. Partially my fault as I didn't chase up until a survey came about the product. I then followed up where it was only to find out it had been delivered to post office 15 days earlier. Complained to AusPost that postman had not left a notification.

The filters aren't suitable for my cpap machine and mask. Waste of time & money.

I contacted them a week after I placed my order as it had not been dispatched. Customer service responded very quickly to let me know that one item was out of stock for a few weeks, but gave me the option to switch to a slightly different product which I was happy to do. Order was dispatched within a couple of hours and received the next day. Great service!
